過去培養感恩的研究缺乏各種教學法在效果上完整的比較研究,本研究採Lalley與 Miller(2007)修正後之經驗金字塔學習理論為主要架構,採「授課、閱讀、視聽、示範、小組討論、實作與教別人」七種教學法,進行感恩心教學課程的實驗,目的在探討七種培養國中生感恩心之不同教學方法是否產生不同的學習效果。本研究採準實驗研究法,以GQ–6為測量感恩心的工具,收集實驗前與實驗後實驗受試者的感恩心資料。本研究之實驗受試者為臺南市東區某國民中學的二年級學生,總共挑選七個班級作為實驗組,每個班級接受一種感恩教學法,另外挑選一個班級作為控制組,無接受任何感恩教學法。感恩教學共進行四週實驗,每週安排不同主題,依序為關懷同學、尊敬師長、學校志工、農作。本研究發現「授課、閱讀、視聽、示範、小組討論、實作及教別人」七種培養學生感恩心的教學法均能有效的提升國中學生之感恩程度,不過效果有差異,教別人教學法的效果最佳,其次為實作教學法,再其次是小組討論教學法,其餘依序是視聽教學法、示範教學法、閱讀教學法、授課教學法。
Past researches on gratitude cultivation lack comprehensive and comparative study on the effects of teaching methods. This study referred to the learning theory of the Cone of Experience, modified by Lalley and Miller (2007), as the main framework, and adopted seven teaching methods of lecture, reading, audiovisual presentation, demonstration, group discussion, practice by doing, and teaching others to conduct experiments of gratitude teaching courses. The purpose was to discuss whether those teaching methods have different learning effects on cultivating a sense of gratitude in junior high school students. This study adopted the quasi-experimental research method, and used GQ-6 as the gratitude measurement tool to collect the subjects’ gratitude data before and after experiment. The subjects were the eighth graders of a junior high school located at east district in Tainan City. A total of seven classes were selected as the experimental group, and each class received one gratitude teaching method. An additional class was selected as the control group that did not receive any gratitude instruction. The gratitude teaching lasted for four weeks, each week with a different topic, including caring for classmates, respecting teachers, school volunteering, and farming.The results showed that all seven teaching methods for gratitude cultivation effectively enhanced the sense of gratitude in junior high school students, but the effects varied. The most effective approach was teaching others, the remaining were in the order of practice by doing, group discussion, audiovisual presentation, demonstration, reading, and lecture.
