  • 描述: 在全球頂尖的公司中跨功能協同和系統理論能成功的幫助技術商品化的執行，本研究試圖發展一個以協同模式的技術商品化模式，並且提出解決組織內部技術商品化的問題。本研究也提到知識創造的概念如何影響跨功能協同和技術商品化績效及系統理論如何影響協同技術商品化模式。本研究利用AMOS軟體來執行結構方程模型分析，總計發放424份問卷，最後採計203份，問卷回收率48%。根據受訪者的回應，歸納出主要研究結論如下：(1) 在高科技產業中協同領導、商業系統及溝通與分享資訊能影響跨功能協同在內部組織中的執行並且影響技術商品化的成功與否。(2) 知識創造能顯著的影響技術商品化的績效，並在跨功能協同與技術商品化績效之間產生中介效果，本研究也進一步發現知識創造中的結合化與外化能顯著影響技術商品化績效。(3) 系統理論能顯著影響跨功能協同、知識創造及技術商品化績效，本研究證實系統理論能實際運用到技術商品化的研究領域中。
    Cross-functional collaboration and systems theory inform successful technology commercialization (TC) in benchmarking companies. This research presents a proposed model of collaborative-enabled TC model and illuminates the way in which the model can solve the TC problem of intra-organization. The authors argue that knowledge creation may account for the effects of cross-functional collaboration on TC performance and systems theory may affect the collaboration-based TC model. This research uses 203 valid completed questionnaires (response rate of 48%) for a quantitative analysis, and the sample size is acceptable for AMOS analysis. The results show that employees in high-tech industries indicate that collaborative leadership and business systems and communicating and sharing information have a significant influence in the domain of cross-functional collaboration leading to TC success. The findings confirm that knowledge creation is positively associated with TC performance and plays a mediate role between cross-functional collaboration and TC performance and further reveal that combination and externalization of knowledge creation have a significant influence on TC performance. Systems theory is recognized to influence cross-functional collaboration, knowledge creation and TC performance and can help tackle issues in these areas.
