  • 描述: 現代高科技產業企業正面臨著日益加速的技術變化,以及變化的潛在市場動態和全球競爭。在產品的生命週期逐漸縮短的情況下,高科技企業應該審慎的思考如何妥善運用資源以及縮短上市時程來創造最大的利潤。而在全球高科技產業的公司中協同合作和資源理論確實能成功的幫助設計服務的執行,本研究透過問卷的方式分析,共發放744份問卷,最後採計102份,問卷回收率13.71%,再利用AMOS軟體來執行結構方程模型分析,最後根據問卷的回收樣本,分析出主要研究結論如下:(1) 這篇研究中分析得出的關鍵重要因素,可以讓企業經理人去執行相關策略,如在高科技產業中以顧客為中心、核心能力及法律和財務因素能影響協同合作在企業之間的執行,並且影響設計服務的成功與否。(2) 在協同合作、資源理論和設計服務上建立一個完整的模型。總體而言,這項研究會以更廣泛的文獻來探討協同合作和資源理論如何以及為何會對設計服務有顯著的影響。協同設計服務模式的成功,因為它可以支持企業在早期產品開發的管理和資源規劃,這會使得企業之間能建立創新的商業模式並創造共同價值。
    Contemporary high-tech industrial companies are confronted by a challenge from the increasing speed of technological change, as well as changes in underlying market dynamics and worldwide competition. With a variety of products gradually tending towards a shortened life cycle, high-tech companies must consider ways to reduce both the use of resources and the time to market as well as creating the greatest profits. Together collaborative commerce and Resource-Oriented Practices inform successful design services in benchmarking companies. The present research proposes a collaborative-enabled design service model. This research uses 102 valid completed questionnaires (response rate of 13.71%) for a quantitative analysis; the sample size is acceptable for AMOS analysis. The results show that employees in high-tech industries indicate that customer focus and core capability, together with legal and financial facilitators, have a significant influence in the domain of collaborative commerce and are likely to lead to design service success. The findings confirm that resource-oriented practices is positively associated with design service performance, and further reveal that physical resources has a greater influence on design service performance than other factors. Overall, this research has taken a more sophisticated position on precisely how and why collaborative commerce and resource-oriented practices affect design service performance. This model is successful because it is able to support enterprises’ management and resource planning activities during the early stages of product development. This will lead to the creation of innovative business models with value co-creation.
