描述: 系統思考理論被從事外部技術商品化的標竿公司成功地使用，本研究提出一個外部技術商品化的判別方式，並且解釋這個判別方式能解決跨組織間的外部技術商品化問題。本論文討論外部技術商品化活動的重要性並檢驗利用組織外部資源的公司，系統理論可以影響外部技術商品化活動。研究使用SPSS軟體來分析138份完整有效的問卷（回收率46%）。研究結果顯示出組織文化、組織政治、組織設計與組織流程可以有效的影響自由操作、存取知識、市場進入、技術領導、販售額外的產品、獲得收益與設定產業標準。作者證實系統思考理論和外部技術商品化之間存在一個顯著的關係。本研究發現證實組織因素在外部技術商品化活動中扮演一個重要的角色，也顯露出系統理論對於外部技術商品化活動的外在表現。本研究確認系統理論在高科技產業中，能幫助外部技術商品化活動的執行。
Systems theory informs successful external technology commercialization (ETC) in benchmarking companies. This research presents a model of ETC functions, and illuminates the way in which this model can solve cross-organizational ETC problems. The authors both argue for the importance of ETC activities and examine the effect of certain companies’ use of external sources. Systems theory may affect the ETC activities. This research uses 138 valid completed questionnaires (response rate of 46%) for a quantitative analysis, and the sample size is acceptable for SPSS analysis. The results show that organizational culture, organizational politics, organizational design and organizational process have a significant effect on freedom to operate, access to knowledge, market entry, technology leadership, selling additional products, generating revenues and setting industry standard. The authors confirm that there is a significant relationship between Systems theory and ETC.The findings confirm that organizational factors play an important role in ETC activities and also reveal that the combination and externalization of Systems theory has a significant influence on ETC activities. Systems theory is recognized as an influence on ETC activities and can help tackle issues in these areas.
