本研究旨在探討國小教師如何透過協同研究,進行主題統整課程之規劃與設計,並從生活主題統整課程實施的歷程加以評估與檢討反省,進而修正統整課程內容,冀能改進教師的教學,以提供學生更佳的學習經驗。本研究採行動研究方式,研究者係透過參與教師成長團,經「行動、觀察、反省、修正」之歷程,採團體合作方式研發教材及教學。資料之蒐集以文件、省思札記、教室觀察、訪談、問卷及學習單為主。依據資料分析與研究結果,研究者歸納出以下結論:一、以大樹為核心的生活主題統整教材,具體可行,符合九年一貫教育改革之精神。二、「和大樹做朋友」教材係透過班群教師共同研發並經教學,從訪談學生、問卷、學生的學習單中可以顯示,學生喜歡有操作過程的活動。三、課程發展過程所遭遇到的各種問題是環環相扣且為交互影響。四、研究歷程中,研究者不斷地自我反省,並透過閱讀文獻、與研究伙伴的討論分享、請教專家等方式以謀求解決之道。五、本研究透過專業的對話、同儕合作協同研究的方式,促進教師專業成長。 最後,研究者根據本研究結論,對學校行政、教師課程設計及未來相關研究等各方面,提出一些具體的建議。
The purpose of this study is to discuss how elementary school teachers design and plan thematic integrated curriculum through collaborative research, and review and examine the implementation process of life curriculum, in order to modify the integrated curriculum contents, improve teaching, and provide students with better learning experience.This study adopted action research, and developed instructional materials and experimental teaching from participation in teacher growth group, “action, observation, self-examination, and modification,” by group collative work. This study collected data from literature review, self-examination notes, classroom observation, interview, questionnaire, and learning sheets. The following conclusions are generalized according to data analysis and research results. 1) Thematic integrated curriculum based on the theme of the “Big Tree” is feasible, and complies with the essence of Grade 1-9 Curriculum reform.2) The instructional materials for “Making friends with the Big Tree” are developed through collaborative work of teachers. The student interview, questionnaire, students’ learning slips showed that student like activities with operational process.3) The problems encountered during the curriculum development process are linked and mutually affective.4) During the research process, the researcher sought solutions through continuous self-examination, literature reading, discussion and sharing with research partners, and expert interview. 5) This study promoted the professional growth of teachers through professional dialogues and collaborative research.Lastly, based on the conclusions, this study proposed concrete suggestions to the school administration, curriculum design, and future researches.
