描述: 東南亞新移民形成之原因大致有以下幾項：一是東南亞地區的地緣；二是1990年代初期政府的「南進政策」，促進了台灣與東南亞地區除了經貿上的往來頻繁之外，東南亞地區外籍勞工的引進，以及之後東南亞地區外籍配偶的增加；三是國內「婚姻斜坡」的影響－傾向男子不易成家；可以說是台灣與東南亞地區關係增進的三部曲。外籍配偶與其所生下的「新台灣之子」成為新的關注焦點，不論是大眾傳播媒體過分渲染的外籍配偶及其家庭的形象，或是社會學者對外籍配偶的關注，關心「新台灣之子」的學校老師（特別是小學老師）；另外還有從法律、醫學等各種觀點出發對外籍配偶的研究，使得外籍配偶及其相關研究最近幾年來顯著增加。本論文從文獻探討出發，以台灣各大專院校的博碩士學位論文為分析文獻，從全國博碩士論文檢索資料庫中共得到191篇以外籍配偶主題為博碩士學位論文（如有遺漏，敬請指正），採文獻分析法分析論文發表年代的分布、研究區域的分布、研究主題的分類及研究系所的分布。期望對這幾年來對外籍配偶的研究作一簡單完整性的回顧。每一學術研究主題能夠成為研究的範疇，必定有其特殊環境。外籍配偶的研究能夠在最近幾年內成為研究的主題，也與台灣政治、社會環境變化有相當的關係。因此本論文研究的主要目的：1、從臺灣外籍配偶碩博士論文資料分析的研究中找出論文發表年代的分布。2、從臺灣外籍配偶碩博士論文資料分析的研究中找出論文研究區域的分布。3、從臺灣外籍配偶碩博士論文資料分析的研究中找出論文研究主題的分類。4、從臺灣外籍配偶碩博士論文資料分析的研究中找出論文研究系所的分布。
The causes of Southeastern new immigrants are mainly as follows. 1. The geography location of Southeast area. 2. Due to government’s “Southern Policy” in early 1990s, economy and trade are promoted frequently between Taiwan and Southeastern area, the foreign laborers from Southeast are brought in, and foreign spouses are increased later on. 3. The effect by “marriage gradient”－ men tend to not easy to have a family. The causes are the trinity of getting close relation between Taiwan and Southeastern area. “The New Sons of Taiwan” born by foreign spouses become new focus. The mass media exaggerates the image of foreign spouses and their families. The sociology scholars are concerned about foreign spouses and especially the elementary school teachers care for the new sons of Taiwan. Moreover, the studies of foreign spouses from law and medical science viewpoints make foreign spouses and related studies increased remarkably the last few years.The paper proceeds from document analysis which analyzes dissertations and essays of Master’s degree from colleges and universities in Taiwan. 191 dissertations and essays subjected as foreign spouses are gained, and are analyzed the distribution of published year, study area, research department and institute, and the classification of study subject by document analysis method. The writer expects to review completely the researches of foreign spouses these years. There must be particular environment for each academic research subject to be research category. Foreign spouses’ researches which became research subject these years also relates strongly with politics and the change of social environment. The purposes of the research are as follows.1. Research the distribution of dissertations published year from document analysis of Taiwan foreign spouses’ dissertations and essays.2. Research the distribution of dissertations study area from document analysis of Taiwan foreign spouses’ dissertations and essays.3. Research the classification of dissertations study subject from document analysis of Taiwan foreign spouses’ dissertations and essays.4. Research the distribution of research department and institute from document analysis of Taiwan foreign spouses’ dissertations and essays.
