  • 描述: 本研究指在探討國中生服務學習參與時數及自我效能對幸福感及自我概念之關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,以102學年度就讀台南市公立國民中學三年級普通班學生為調查對象,共發出300份問卷,篩選出有效問卷共273份,所得資料以次數分配、百分比、平均數、標準差、多元迴歸等統計方法加以處理,根據樣本資料,本研究歸納出以下結論:一、86.5%的國三生服務學習參與時數可達40小時以上。二、國三生平均服務學習自我效能、平均幸福感與平均自我概念均為中上程度。三、國三生服務學習參與時數對服務學習自我效能有顯著預測力。四、國三生服務學習自我效能對幸福感與整體自我概念有顯著預測力,且幸福感與整體自我概念有顯著的性別差異。五、國三生服務學習自我效能對分層面自我概念均有顯著預測力。根據上述研究結論,本研究提出具體建議以供教育行政單位、學校教育人員與未來學術研究參考。
    The purpose of this study is to discuss the relationships among the service learning hours, the service learning self-efficacy, the well-being and the self-concept. A questionnaire survey was carried out to answer the research questions of this study. The target population was the ninth grade students in Tainan city in 2013. The valid sample collected in the current study was 273. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the multiple regression method. Based on the data collected, this study concluded that:1. 86.5% of the ninth grade students who participated in service learning are more than 40 hours.2. The ninth grade students’ measures on service learning self-efficacy, well-being and self-concept are on the middle or high level.3. The ninth grade students’ service learning hour is a good predictor for their service learning self-efficacy scores.4. The service learning self-efficacy scores of the ninth grade students is a good indicator for predicting their well-being measures and self-concepts, and the ninth grade students’ well-being measures and self-concepts have signficiant gender differences.5. The service learning self-efficacy scores of the ninth grade students is a good indicator for predicting students’ self-concepts.Based on the above results, the current study proposed several suggestions on the education administration, school management and academic research.
