描述: 教學不該被簡化成方法，教學是一項建立在以師生關係為前提的人類活動，教師更不僅只是傳授教材內容的人。Noddings所主張的關懷倫理學，強調關懷者與被關懷者之間的互惠關係，提供了我們檢視教學意義的途徑，從關懷出發，理解教學需以多元開放的主體概念來看待師生關係，在與客體世界、他者以及自身的對話中協助學生學會某些東西。更重要的是，教學要符合倫理規範，視教學為一種引導學生成功學習的責任。教師應以做一位關懷的教師自許，認同自己身為關懷者的角色，發展具關懷性質的教師專業，重視課程統整與協同教學，應用關懷倫理學所主張的道德教育教學方法，為建立關懷文化的學校盡一己之力
Teaching should not be simplified to just a method. A teacher’s role is more than passing on knowledge. Teaching is a human activity based on the relationship between teachers and students. The care ethics by Noddings stands for the reciprocal between one-caring and cared-for, which provides a way to examine the meaning of teaching. Start from caring, it is important to understand that teaching involves the open and diverse concepts from subjectivity to face the teacher-student relationship.
