  • 描述: 本研究旨在探討諮商學習後,母職角色在教養信念會的改變及影響。本研究邀請四位在成為母親後才開始修習諮商相關課程的研究參與者,分別進行約1.5小時的半結構訪談,訪談所得到的文本資料以紮根理論的開放編碼、主軸編碼以及選擇編碼進行資料分析。 研究結果發現:一、具備母職角色的諮商學習員,在諮商學習前,其教養信念由自我建構及文化建構而成。自我建構包含:原生家庭經驗、先生態度、身邊親友意見、主動學習四個主題;文化建構包含中華文化傳統、社會主流觀念。二、在諮商學習後,母職教養信念受到諮商學習中知識課程的學習、實務課程的訓練、自我覺察的經驗,其教養信念則調整為:(1)讓孩子成為自己想要的樣子;(2)重視孩子自身的需求; (3)畫分母親與孩子的界限;(4)用正向的態度與孩子互動。三、具備母職角色的諮商學習員,覺察其教養信念改變的經驗是:(1)調整重視的面向;(2)學以致用;(3)界線清楚,也肯定諮商學習在個人成長及在教養信念帶來的改變。最後,研究者針對研究結果加以討論,並對實務工作與未來研究提出相關建議。.
    The purpose of this study was to explore the changes and effect regarding the child-rearing faith on the role of mothers after receiving counseling training. Four counselor-in-training who started entering counseling program after they became mothers participated in the current study. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with each research participant individually and lasted about 1.5 hours.The analyses of transcripts were based on the grounded theoryand its opencoding, axial coding and selective coding scheme. Themain results of the current study are as follows.First of all, 4counselor-in-training-established their child-rearing faith by self-construction and cultural-construction before they accepted counseling training. There are four aspects in self-construction, including original family experience, marriage experience, self-learning, and the suggestions from their relatives. On the other hand, the cultural-construction includes two aspects. They are Chinese traditional culture and the society mainstream value. Secondly, 4 participants’child-rearing faith change after receiving counseling training courses. They were affected by the knowledge of the counseling courses, counseling practice training, and self-awareness. Their child-rearing faith was adjusted into four principles:(1)Allow kids to be what they want to be;(2)Pay attention to children’s needs;(3)Draw the boundary between a mother and a child;(4)Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with kids. Finally, the 4 counselor-in-training who are also mothers shift their child-rearing faith in four aspects. These include:(1) They respect children’s subjectivity;(2) They value children’s emotion;(3)They interact with kids in a positive way;(4) They respect children and have kids to take their responsibility as well as affirm the positive influence of counseling learning on self-progression and child-rearing faith.
