  • 描述: 本研究之目的為探討高中職專任輔導教師運用人際歷程取向於學校個別諮商之經驗,研究者採取滾雪球方法邀請到三位高中職專輔教師,主觀認定自己的理論取向為人際歷程,對其進行1-1.5小時之個別訪談,分享其透過人際歷程取向與學生個別諮商的經驗,訪談後將訪談資料整理為文本,以質性研究中的現象學方法進行資料分析。 研究結果發現,三位受訪者都在個別諮商的學習過程中遇到了瓶頸,才開始透過進修與個別督導,選擇適合自己的理論取向;發現人際歷程取向與其個性相輔相成,在使用人際歷程取向個別諮商的過程,能幫助自己與學生的關係更深入,進行內在聚焦,促進個案覺察,並在諮商過程中提供矯正性的情緒經驗,看見個案的正向改變;而人際歷程的學習也對專輔教師的日常生活產生正向影響,能鬆動自己的人際因應模式並自我涵容。 最後,本研究依據上述研究結果與發現,提出對專任輔導教師實務工作及未來研究人際歷程取向個別諮商上的具體建議,供未來的研究者作為參考。.
    The purpose of this study is to explore the experience of senior high school guidance counselors using the interpersonal process in individual counseling in schools. The researcher adopted the snowball method to invite three senior high school counselors, and subjectively identified their theoretical orientation as the interpersonal process. Conduct individual interviews for 1-1.5 hours, and share their experience in individual counseling with students through the interpersonal process. After the interviews, the interview data will be organized into texts for data analysis using phenomenological methods in qualitative research. The results of the study found that the three interviewees all encountered bottlenecks in the learning process of individual counseling, and only then began to choose a theoretical orientation that suits them through advanced training and individual supervision; it was found that the interpersonal process can complement each other with their personality, and when using the interpersonal process to the process of individual counseling, it is found that it can help the special counselor to deepen the relationship with the student, carry out internal focus, promote case awareness, and provide corrective emotional experience during the counseling process, seeing the positive changes of the case, and the interpersonal process study also has a positive impact on the daily life of the counselors, and can loosen their interpersonal coping model and self-containment. Finally, based on the above research results and findings, this study provides forward specific suggestions on individual counseling on the practical work of full-time tutors and the interpersonal process in future research, for future researchers to use as a reference..
