  • 描述: 本研究主旨在於探究幼稚園大班進行「國際網路交筆友活動」的發展歷程,並觀察幼兒對此活動的表現;同時,進一步瞭解此活動對於幼兒語文能力的影響,以及幼兒使用電腦所產生的反應。 研究者以參與觀察者的角色進入台南市一所國民小學附設幼稚園大班,觀察該班與美國一所蒙特梭利學校幼兒班級以及日本繪本作家宮西達也進行網路交筆友活動的情形,並蒐集畢保德圖畫詞彙測驗資料、觀察筆記、錄音轉譯之觀察記錄、訪談資料、交筆友活動之往來信件、問卷、幼兒作品及照片等資料,進行分析與歸納。依據資料分析結果,本研究所獲得之結論如下:一、 國際網路交筆友活動之發展歷程可依活動內容的主題劃分為三 個階段:認識彼此、生活經驗分享、延伸活動。二、 國際網路交筆友活動進行的方式可分為四個面向:活動內容規 劃以幼兒興趣為主並融入班級教學主題;信件文本則有純文字 信件與圖文兼具信件兩種形式;信件呈現方式深受教室設備影 響,三樣關鍵設備為電腦、單槍投影裝置、網路連線;雙方交 流管道為電子郵件及網路部落格。三、 幼兒對國際網路交筆友活動之反應包括對信件文本的關注、電 腦知識的展現,以及情緒行為反應。而文字隔閡程度、對方具 體形象與回饋則會影響幼兒對於國際網路交筆友活動的熱衷程 度。四、 幼兒使用電腦的反應包括:喜歡在電腦區使用電腦、對於電腦 功能的認知十分多元、具有使用電腦的能力且使用電腦時呈現 出豐富的同儕互動。五、 幼兒語文能力有明顯進步,包括語文理解能力的顯著提昇,以 及讀寫能力的成長。 最後根據本研究之發現與結論,提出具體建議,以供有興趣在幼稚園班級實施網路交筆友活動的幼教工作者,以及未來研究作為參考。
    The main purpose of this study is to investigate how to implement the“International Netpal Project” inkindergarten. It is also intended to investigate children’s response of using computer, and how this project influences on children’s language ability. Case study of qualitative research was employed through observing the kindergarten class in Tainan City, who participated in making netpal with a kindergarten class of Montessori school in America and the picture book writer inJapan. The data collected for this study included the result of “Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test-Revised” (PPVT-R), observational records, translated transcripts from audio tapes, interviews, e-mails, questionnaire, and children’s writing works via photography during the activities. From the result, we found:(1) The processes of developing the international netpal project could be divided into three stages according to the theme of theactivities. (2) There were four aspects to implement the project: The activities were designed in accordance with children’s interest, and incorporated with the teachingtopic of class; there were two kinds of mails using in the netpal project, they are pure characters mails and image-and-word mails; the way to present mails was influenced by the equipment in classroom; the way to establish contact was through e-mail and blog. (3) Children’s response to the project included the concern about the mail text, the representing of computer knowledge, and the display of emotional behavior. Children’s interest in netpal project was affected by the degree of familiarity with characters, the other side’s concrete image and feedback. (4) Children were fond of using computer, and they knew much of computer’s function. They also revealed the rich peer interaction when using computer. (5) Children’s language ability had progressed obviously, included verbal comprehension and literacy ability. Finally, according to research findings and conclusions, suggestions were proposed for kindergarten teachers and for future research.
