描述: 自70年代後，許多以環境、自然資源保育為核心的討論開始為觀光旅遊產業所注意，並且有了「生態旅遊」的作法出現，目前在世界各國都相當為人廣泛採用，對於積極開發觀光產業的越南來說，這也是個必須面對的課題。位在越南慶和省的芽莊，每年有許多的遊客來此觀光，也因著當地資源而擁有「世界最美麗的海灘」的美譽。但對芽莊來說，在生態旅遊的發展與規劃上仍有努力的空間。本研究透過問卷調查法的實施，針對越南芽莊遊客的「背景屬性」、「生態旅遊認知」、「行前期望」、「實際體驗感受」、「生態旅遊發展潛力」，以及「重遊意願」進行調查研究。此外，針對遊客的「行前期望」及「實際體驗感受」也將透過重要－表現程度方法（IPA）以及SWOT方法的分析，以探討遊客對芽莊生態旅遊現況的滿意度。而依據本研究的結果，為越南芽莊的發展提出了相關的建議：一、未來發展的原則性建議： 1.對不同年齡、國籍的遊客，應給予其適合的生態旅遊行程以增進其生態旅遊認知的學習。 2.生態旅遊收費宜考量到遊客的經濟負擔以作規劃。 3.生態旅遊規劃宜能滿足遊客不同國籍文化而有的旅遊期待與體驗需求。 4.生態旅遊發展潛力的評估宜要能廣納各方意見以滿足不同族群的需求。 5.未來發展宜以提升遊客的旅遊滿意度作為方向，以提升其重遊意願。 6.生態旅遊規劃若能有效把握教育作用，將較能兼顧遊客的體驗滿意及對旅遊地的評價。二、未來發展的具體實踐建議： 1.穩固現有基礎，積極發展及維護現有的生態旅遊品質。 2.積極發展內部的資源及文化產品，從而改善導覽服務，以從而提升芽莊的旅遊品質與競爭力。 3.積極規劃生態保育計劃，且提升工作人員、社區的生態保育素養，從而改善旅遊地的服務以提升旅遊滿意度。
Since the 1970s, the tourism industry has begun to notice the importance of environment and the conservation of natural resources. Hence the approach of eco-tourism was invented. Nowadays, the concept of ecotourism is widely applied in the world. Since Vietnam has been actively developing its tourism industry, hence the eco-tourism became an inevitable task that they must face. Nha Trang, located in Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam, there has been a lot of tourists visiting the area every year. Abundant natural resources, such as beach, has made this scenic spot to be reputed as the most beautiful beaches in the world, therefore in order to reach the ideal standard of ecotourism, it requires a huge effort in the development and planning of ecotourism. The study was implemented through a questionnaire survey targeted at the tourists' to study their Background, Acknowledge of Eco-Tourism, Expectation Before Trip, Satisfaction After Trip, Potential Development of Eco-tourism, and Revisit Intention. In addition to the tourists' expectation before trip and satisfaction after trip, utilizing the Important-Performance Analysis (IPA) and the SWOT analysis method to investigate the tourists’ contentedness towards the current situation of ecotourism in Nha Trang. Through the investigation conducted for this study that resulted in uncovering findings that presented relevant proposals for the development of Nha Trang as listed below: 1.Principled recommendations for future development: (1)For all ages, nationalities of tourists, should be given appropriate eco-tourism trip to enhance their awareness of this industry. (2)The eco-tourism’s financial burden of fees should be considered and carefully planned for tourists. (3)Eco-tourism planning should be able to meet tourists’ different expectations towards tourism and their demand of experiences owing to their different nationalities and cultural. (4)The assessments of potential development of eco-tourism should be able to solicit opinions from all sides in order to meet the needs of different ethnic groups. (5)The development of future should be to enhance the tourism satisfaction of tourists’ as a direction to increase its revisit intention. (6)If the planning of ecotourism can effectively grasp the educational function, it will be able to balance both satisfaction experienced by the tourists experience and the evaluation of tourism places.2.Specific recommendations for future development: (1)Solid existing foundation, constantly developing and maintaining the quality of currently existing eco-tourism. (2)Persistently developing internal resources and cultural products, thus improving guided tour services to raise the quality and competitiveness of tourism in Nha Trang. (3)Continually planning conservation programs to boost the conservation and literacy of workers and communities, refining tourist services in order to heighten tourism satisfaction.
