  • 描述: 本研究旨在探究幼兒多元文化課程的設計與實施,以幼稚園多元文化課程為研究個案,透過觀察、訪談與文件分析等方法蒐集資料並分析,探究幼兒多元文化課程的內容與設計方法,並分析幼兒多元文化課程的特色、實施過程中面臨到的困境,及解決策略,最後歸納研究結果,提出幼兒多元文化課程相關參考建議。 本研究歸納研究結果與發現,如下所述:一、幼稚園的多元文化課程與教學的理念與內涵 (一)幼稚園的多元文化課程理念重在消除幼兒對民族文化的偏見。 (二)幼稚園的多元文化課程設計採人際關係模式與融合模式。 (三)幼稚園多元文化課程實施採取「走出」教室與「進到」教室的策略。 二、幼稚園多元文化課程之特色分析 (一)幼稚園多元文化課程實施以消除原住民文化誤解與建立新移民文化認同。 (二)幼稚園多元文化課程實踐反偏見的特色。 (三)幼稚園多元文化課程發揮整合文化資源的作用。 (四)幼稚園多元文化課程的實施具有促進課程參與者增能與互惠的效益。三、幼稚園多元文化課程實施的困境與解決策略 (一)實施多元文化課程的困境包括教師本身因素和課程實施策略因素。 (二)幼兒教師採取課程專家對話的策略只能釐清幼兒多元文化課程的本質。 四、幼教人員肯定多元文化課程對幼兒的效益 最後,本研究根據研究發現與研究者反思,提出對師資培育機構、幼教人員與未來研究的建議。
    The purpose of the research was to explore multicultural curriculum design and implementation of indigenous and immigrant education in two kindergartens for preschool children. The research data was collected through classroom observations, interviews, and document analysis. Data analysis was focused on evaluating the characteristics of multicultural curriculum, the difficulties when executing the curriculum, and the strategies in solving the problems of the curriculum. Finally, the researcher proposed suggestions to improve multicultural curriculum design of kindergartens according to the research data. The main findings were as follows:1. In terms of the concepts and contents of multicultural education in two kindergartens:a.Their multicultural curriculums emphasized on the purpose of eliminating ethnic cultural prejudice.b.The multicultural education was integrated into the kindergartens’ curriculum design.c. The implementation of multicultural curriculums adopted the “inside” and “outside” of classroom strategy.2. In terms of the characteristic of analysis of multicultural education in kindergarten: a.The multicultural curriculum eliminated the cultural misundersrtanding for indigenous and built the cultural identity for immigrant.b.The multicultural curriculums practiced anti-bias perspective.c.The multicultural curriculums have made full use of the function of integrating cultural resources.d.The multicultural curriculums have empowered and benefited the participants during the implementation process.3. In terms of the difficulties and strategies in solving the problems of implementing multicultural curriculums in kindergartens:a. The difficulties included teacher and curriculum implementation fators.b. The kindergarten teachers tried to clarify the nature of multicultural curriculum by using the strategy of dialoguing with outside curriculum experts.4.The kindergarten teachers affirmed that the implementation of multicultural curriculum had facilitated preschool children’s learning. Finally, some suggestions were proposed for educational administration institution, the kindergarten teacher, and future studies in this and related topics.
