  • 描述: 高度近視的眼球,容易引起視網膜剝離、青光眼等嚴重合併症。近視是不可逆的疾病,只能預防和控制,高度近視者,大部份小學低中年級就是近視患者,所以小學階段的近視防治是一個重要的關鍵期。 本研究的目的藉由趣味化護眼運動課程融入學童視力保健的教學去探究(一)學童近視防治的成效(二)學童近視防治認知、態度、行為之表現。本研究採用「不等組前後測實驗設計」,以研究者任教的國小二年級學童為參與者,以方便抽樣的方法,抽出一班為實驗組, 採用「趣味化護眼運動課程融入學童視力保健的教學」,由研究者進行教學;其他班級為比較組。研究期間為17週,研究者以學校健康中心及眼科診所的視力和電腦近視曲光度的前後檢測值以進行相依樣本t檢定(α=0.05)並以教學觀察、學生晤談記錄、教學省思札記等資料做分析,研究結果如下:一、實施「趣味化護眼運動課程」教學,學童視力維持良好,學期初與學期末電腦近視曲光度檢測無顯著差異,但學童自覺視力表現更好。 二、實施「趣味化護眼運動課程」教學,學童視力不良增加率是全學年最少。三、實施「趣味化護眼運動課程」教學,學童情緒愉快,過動的學童上課變專心。四、學童視力保健近視防治學期初與學期末認知、態度、行為量表測驗,進行相依樣本t考驗,後測分數顯著優於前測分數,學習成效佳。 五、學童對於晨光趣味化護眼運動遊戲的活動頗為喜愛。
    Taiwan has the highest myopia rate in elementary school in the world. The eyes with high myopia will result in the increasing the retinal detachments, and glaucoma. The myopia is an irreversible organic condition, and it can be worse without control. High myopia people mostly were myopic when they were schoolchildren. Therefore, the critical period for preventing myopia is in childhood in elementary school, The purposes of the study are to implementing interesting exercise in vision care instruction to explore:the effects of myopia prevention in elementary school studentsthe vision health care perception, attitudes, and behavior of the elementary school studentsThe research method is” the nonequivalent pretest-posttest designs.” The participants were the second grades in the same class in Tainan City. The researcher implemented the interesting exercise in health and physical education instruction to the students as the experimental group, and the other classes were the control groups.Before and after the seventeen weeks’ teaching, the researcher collected the data of the students’ eyesight and diopter, and analyzed the data through SPSS 12.0 Windows (The Paired-Samples T-Test.) Furthermore, the class observation, the teacher’s reflection, and the students interviews were collected and analyzed for this research.The findings of the study are as follows.The experimental group had no significant diopter change in both eyes before and after the designed instruction; and the students maintain good eyesight.The experimental group had the lowest prevalence of myopia progression of the classes.The experimental group showed pleasure according to the observation, and they could get more concentrated in the activities.The experimental group performed better than the others in terms of the result of the Paired-Samples T-Test.The experimental group enjoyed the interesting exercise in the morning.
