描述: 近年來，臺灣流行音樂產業面臨科技化、全球化鉅變，配合政府文化創意產業發展計畫，音樂創作與其他產業結盟，開創就業與經濟生產的新契機。本文首先分析過去臺灣流行音樂發展各個時期中，「青年文化」如何持續反映社會、政治、經濟的現實環境，情感與族群認同。本文接著探討現今世代的「青年文化」與流行音樂產業的互動關係，思考學院訓練的音樂課程架構如何在蓬勃發展的文化創意市場，產出「供」與「需」、「質」與「量」平衡的音樂專業人才。為了打破傳統學院制度對於流行音樂人才培養的制約影響，學院教育的藝術價值必須從「單一」與「個人」創作的特性，轉型為以「接受美學」為基礎的文化生產「集體活動」。學院課程的流行音樂人才培育需要同時在創作、生產與行銷三個面向進行規劃，此外，流行音樂相關課程的師資認證與培育是另一重要問題。從產學合作的概念來看，現今的學院音樂教育規劃，必須檢討如何使音樂人才在文化創意產業不斷流動的平台占有一席之地，同時回應政府的文化政策，並且保持精緻藝術與流行音樂雙軌發展
In recent years, the pop music industry in Taiwan is faced with tremendous changes by cultural technology and creative globalisation, with which the central government coordinates the policy for the cultural and creative industry. By virtue of this new opportunities of employment and economic production, music composing will alliances with other industries.
