  • 描述: 本研究旨在了解修讀國小教育學程學生之職業選擇、學習態度和學習滿意度,以對各大學院校師資培育中心規劃職前教育時的行政服務與職業輔導提出具體建議。 本研究以自編之「修讀國小學程學生職業選擇、修讀態度與修讀滿意度之調查問卷」為調查工具,研究對象為目前修讀國小教育學程的學生;問卷總共發330份,回收227 份問卷,回收率為68.88%,並以平均數、標準差、卡方考驗、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜基差相關等方法進行資料分析,其主要發現如下:一、多數填答者以國小教師為未來優先職業選擇。職業選擇共有24種排序,多數人的排序情形為國小教師選項→教育相關職業選項→就讀學院相關選項→其他選項。二、填答者的整體學習態度為普通;學習態度各層面由高到低,分別為考試態度、學習興趣、時間管理、學習計畫與學習策略。三、填答者整體學習滿意度為普通;學習滿意度各層面由高到低,分別為教師教學、環境滿意度、行政服務、人際關係、課程內容教材和職業輔導。四、不同學院填答者,在職業選擇排序上不同,人文學院學生多數將國小教師當未來優先職業選擇,理工學院與商學院學生多數未將國小教師當作未來優先職業選擇。五、不同就讀意願的填答者,在職業選擇上是有差異的。自己決定修讀國小教育學程的學生,比受父母及其他因素而影響的學生,會將國小教師當作未來職業優先選項。不同就讀意願學生,在修讀國小教育學程的學習態度與學習滿意度上沒有差異。在學習態度的分量表上,自己決定就讀國小教育學程的填答者比受父母影響有較高的學習興趣。 六、將國小教師當作優先職業選擇排序的填答者,有較高的學習態度與學習滿 意度。 最後,依據主要研究發現,提出結論,並對師資培育中心、修讀國小學程學生及未來研究者提出建議。
    This study aims to understand primary teacher education students’ future career priority, and to explore its relationships with their learning attitude and learning satisfaction toward the teacher education programs. Hopefully, the results will be taken as the references to teacher education centers to plan their administrative service and vocational guidance in the future. The researcher develops a questionnaire of ‘primary teacher education students’ future career priority, learning attitude and learning satisfaction’and 330 copies were sent to the students in primary teacher education programs. As a result, 227 copies returned. The response rate is 68.88%. The data were analyzed by Mean, StandardDeviation, Pearson X2, On-way-ANOVA and Pearson Correlation. The main findings are summarized as follows:1. Most of the respondents still report that being a primary teacher is the first priority in their future career choices. The top one for future career choice, in order, is from primary teacher →career about education→ career about what you read in university→ to the other.2. The learning attitude of the respondents is at the ordinary level. Their attitude from being aggressive to passive toward different aspects of learning, is, exam attitude, learning interest, time management, learning plain, and finally, learning strategies.3. The learning satisfaction of the respondents is at the ordinary level. Their satisfaction from being high to low toward different aspects of learning, is, teacher teaching, satisfaction of condition, administrative service, human relationship, course, and finally, vocational guidance.4. Respondents with different faculty background have different career priorities.5. Respondents with different studying motivation have different career priorities.6. Respondents who choice being primary teacher as a top priority in their future career choice have more positive learning attitude and learning satisfaction than those who do choose other occupations instead of being a primary teacher. Finally, based on the main findings, conclusion and suggestions for teacher education centers, primary teacher education student, future researchers are proposed in this study.
