  • 描述:   本研究的主旨在瞭解性別、年級、父母因素對國小四、五、六年級學生生涯成熟以及職業興趣之影響,並探討這些變項的預測力,以瞭解這些變項的綜合影響力如何。研究所使用的工具為家庭基本資料問卷、生涯成熟態度量表、職業興趣問卷;研究樣本取自台南縣市國小共二十四個班級,合計 652名學生做為研究調查之對象。調查所得資料除計算平均數、標準差以外,並以單變項變異數分析、多變項變異數分析、Scheffe事後考驗、逐步多元迴歸等方法以考驗研究假設。  本研究所得結果可以概括如下:  1.年級不管是在學生生涯成熟或職業興趣的項目上,都是一個重要的變項,對於學生的得分均會有所影響,而且是十個變項之中最具有預測力的變項。  2.性別是僅次於年級的重要變項,雖然在生涯成熟的項目上,性別的不同並沒有造成學生得分的差異,可是在職業興趣的研究上,卻都具有顯著的影響力,且具有預測的效果。  3.父母親的管教態度不管是在生涯成熟或是職業興趣方面,都不是一個重要的變項,學生的生涯成熟態度得分與職業興趣得分均不會因為不同的管教態度而有所顯著差異。  4.在父母親的職業水準與教育程度的向度上,都發現母親比父親更具有影響力,母親對於學生的生涯成熟態度與職業興趣方面,均會有所影響而造成學生得分上的顯著差異,而且也比父親更具有預測的效果;在父親的向度上,只有父親的教育程度對於學生的生涯成熟態度會有所影響。  根據上述的研究結果,本研究提出一些輔導應用上的建議、研究的限制及未進一步研究的方向。
      The purpose of this study was to understand how career maturity and vocational interest of fourth-grade, fifth-grade, and sixth- grader in elementary school were affected by thir gender, grade, and their parents'''''''' back-ground and expectation, to predict students'''''''' career maturity and vocational interest from these variables, and determine the overall predicatablility of these variables.  Instrusments used in this study were: Family Background Questionnaire, Career Maturity Inventory, Vocational Interest Qusetionnaire; The subjects were 652 elementary student choosen from 24 different classes in Tainan City and Tainan County.  After the mean and standard deviation were completed, the data was also analyzed the One-Way ANOVA, MAVOVA and Scheffe Method. Besides, the hypothesis was tested by Stepwise Multiple Regression.  The results of this study were:  1.Grade was the most important variable affecting students'''''''' career maturity and vocational interest. It also had the most valuable one for predictoin among 10 variables.  2.Gender was the second important variable next to their grade. Although it didn''''''''t make substantial difference to students'''''''' career maturity, it had significant influence on students'''''''' vocational maturity, it had significant influence on studenrs'''''''' vocational interest.  3.The parents'''''''' attitude of discipline did not play an important role on students'''''''' career maturity or vocational interest as shown on this study. Students'''''''' scores on the test were not affected by the parens'''''''' different attitude of discipline.  4.In terms of the level of the parent''''''''s vocational and education, the factor of mother''''''''s had more influence on the deveopment of the students'''''''' vocational interest than father''''''''s. According to the results above, suggestions are made for the application of counseling. The limitation and suggestion for further study are also discussed in the study.
