  • 描述: 台灣四面環海,但對海的認知卻相當薄弱,為了讓孩子能愛海、知海、親海,本研究透過台南市西門國小海洋教育融入校本課程的案例,了解海洋教育融入校本課程的過程、成效、成品與影響因素,以做為相關學校的參考。為達研究目的,本研究採用運用訪談、觀察和文件分析等方式蒐集資料,再就所蒐集到的資料進行整理、分析和歸納。本研究結論如下: 個案學校海洋教育校本課程深具特色,包括「低、中、高年級一貫學習」、「跨領域學習」、「結合海洋教育」、「使用本土語言教學」、「與國際文化交流」、「繪本形式的課本」等。個案學校並組織課程發展委員會,從規劃到實施都有完整的運作機制。 就實施成效而言,「豐富的教學內容有助於教師教學與學生學習」、「提升學生學習成效和在地認同」、「有效連結社區,增進產官學合作」、「促進校長、主任、教師專業成長」和「增進招生效益」。 就影響個案學校海洋教育校本課程發展因素而言,影響因素有「教師工作負擔」、「設計與實施間有差距」、「經費與人力的不足」、「學校成員向心力強」與「行政的支持」等。透過具體可行的因應策略解決海洋教育校本課程發展的困境。 綜合本研究結論,研究者對個案學校行政機關、教師及後續研究提出數項研究建議。
    Taiwan is surrounded by sea, but students in Taiwan know little about the sea. To make children love, understand, and be close to the sea, this study aims to analysis the processes, effects, and influences of school-based curriculum and also become the reference of related schools through the case of school-based curriculum in Tainan Municipal Si-Men Elementary School. The study purpose will be achieved by collating, analyzing, and summing up the information which is gathered by interviews, observations, and documents analyses. In conclusion the main results are as follow:The marine education school-based curriculum of Tainan Municipal Si-Men Elementary School has distinctive features. These include “The consistent learning of grade 1 to 6”, “Interdisciplinary learning”, “The combination of marine education”, “Teaching in local languages”, “The interaction of international cultures”, and “Text books with the style of picture books”, etc. The case school also has a Curriculum Development Committee to describe and implement the curriculum.In terms of the results, there are “Rich teaching contents are both helpful for the teaching of teachers and learning of students”, “Elevating the learning effect and local identity of students”, “Relating communities and improve the cooperation of industries, governments, and the academia.”, “Promoting the growth of the principals, directors, and teachers in professional field”, and “Promoting the benefit of admission”.As far as the development of ocean curriculum in the case school, the effects are “The overwhelming pressure of teachers”, “The gaps between design and practice”, “The lack of funds and manpower” , “The strong cohesion of the staff in the school”, and “The support of administration”, etc. And then solve the problems of the development of ocean education school-based curriculum through the possible and practical strategies.According to the conclusions of this study, the researcher has some suggestions to the case school, teachers and follow-up studies.
