高一新生生涯發展與生涯規劃課程輔導成效之研究

  • 描述: 本研究主要為探討生涯規劃課程的實施,對高中一年級學生生涯發展概念之影響。依據研究結果,提出具體適當建議,以供學校相關單位及教師實施生涯規劃教育之參考,並協助高中生進行自我試探並及早規劃人生方向。目的如下:(1)以問卷方式調查澎湖地區高中一年級新生的生涯發展概念之現況;(2)瞭解與探討生涯規劃課程提升綜合高中學生生涯發展概念之效果; (3)瞭解就讀不同區域之高中一年級階段學生對生涯發展概念的差異情形。(4)探討生涯規劃課程各單元之實施狀況,並進行檢討與省思,作為未來綜合高中學生生涯輔導參考之用。本研究分量化研究與,量化研究方面採準實驗研究法進行,質性研究方面採調查研究法進行。一、準實驗研究法以澎湖縣馬公高中綜合高中及普通科一年級新生兩個學制的班及為研究對象,樣本分為實驗組與控制組。實驗組接受研究者所設計之九週生涯規劃課程,控制組則否。本研究主要評量工具為「青少年生涯發展量表」,兩組學生分別接受前測、後測,所得量化資料採「獨立樣本單因子共變數分析」(ANCOVA)進分行統計分析,α值皆定為 .05,據以考驗各研究假設,以回答研究問題。質性研究方面,於實驗課程進行時分析質性資料,共同解釋研究結果。研究結果歸納如下:(1)目前就讀高中一年級階段學生生涯發展的情況為生涯態度領域得分優於生涯行動領域;(2)接受生涯規畫課程教學活動的綜合高中新生在生涯發展概念上的得分優於未接受生涯規畫課程教學活動的普通高中新生;(3)馬公高中一年級新生進行生涯規劃課程後的思維有所變化。二、調查研究法 以馬公高中;台灣忠明高中與台灣屏北高中為研究對象分別接受一次測驗,所得量化資料採「獨立樣本單因子共變數分析」(ANCOVA)進分行統計分析,α值皆定為 .05,據以考驗各研究假設,以回答研究問題。質性研究方面,於實驗課程進行時分析質性資料,共同解釋研究結果。研究結果歸納如下:不同就讀區域學生在生涯態度與生涯行動上的得分無顯著性差異。 此外,本研究亦對生涯規劃課程設計與實施作詳細的紀錄與分析,以提供教育、輔導人員在生涯議題與未來研究上的參考。
    The main purpose of this research was to probe how the practicing of the life career planning courses had influenced on the conception of the life career development to the first grader in the senior high school. According to the researching result, the study provided concrete suggestions not only for teachers and some educational institutions to take it as a reference when teaching life career planning courses, but also for senior high school students to make self-explorations and life career planning as early as possible. The intentions were as follows: (1) to investigate the present situation of the life career development of the first graders of senior high school in Penhu area by means of questionnaire; (2) to understand and explore the effects of how to promote the comprehensive senior high school students’ conceptions about the life career development after they had taken the life career planning courses; (3) to analyze the differences and similarities among the first graders in senior high school in different areas about the conceptions of life career development; (4) to deduce the executive results of every life career planning course, and further more to examine and improve the experimental process, and then to set design life career consulting models for the comprehensive high school students. In this study, the qualitative method and quantitative method were adopted. The quantitative one was executed by means of the standard experimental study. The experimental subjects were inclusive of two:( 1 ) One is the first graders in both comprehensive department and academy department in Makung Senior High School, Penhu County. The samples are divided into experimental group and control group. The former had taken life career planning courses which were designed by the researcher for nine weeks, but the latter hadn’t. The major measurement tool of the study was “Adolescent Life Career Development Inventory”. Both of the two groups were designed to take pre-test and trace-test separately. (2) The other subjects including Makung senior high school students, Penhu, Chungming senior high school students, Taichung City, and Pingpei senior high school students, Pingtung County were designed to take tests separately. The quantitative data gained from the test were accumulated and analyzed by the method of ANCOVA, of which α was measured as 0.05, which was used to test all of the hypothesis, to solve the studying problems, and to analyze the qualitative data so that the studying outcome could be explained reasonably. The studying outcome was induced as follows:(1) there was an obvious difference in the field of attitude, action about the planning of life career of the first graders;(2) there was an obvious difference on the scores of about the conception of life career development between the freshmen who had accepted life career planning courses and those who had not. (3) There was no obvious different among senior high students studying in different areas in the field of life career attitude and action on the scores.(4) The first graders’ thoughts of Makung senior high school had been changed after taking life career planning courses. In addition, the project and practice about the life career planning courses which had been recorded in detail and analyzed practically can be taken as future references for the instructors and counselors on the issue of life career.
