  • 描述: 本研究應用三維虛擬實境 (Virtual Reality) 技術，以3Ds Max 軟體建模，再以Unity遊戲引擎為主要開發工具，設計一套以使用者為中心，具有第一人稱操作、互動性、學習性的虛擬博物館導覽系統。在虛擬博物館中，使用者可以自由操控與瀏覽，沉浸在擬真的虛擬環境中。本系統的導覽內容分三個部份，包括：臺南知事官邸、數位內容產業、老屋欣力活動，其中臺南知事官邸部份為該館原展出內容，另兩個部份為本系統增加的展出內容，讓本系統具備更豐富的導覽內容，並讓使用者對臺南有更多的認識。本研究希望利用虛擬實境技術，讓古蹟文化遺產被永久保存與重視，並透過遊戲式學習，提升系統的導覽成效與使用者的導覽意圖，達到文化、數位化、學習三者結合的目的。 為了評估系統開發的成效，本研究採用Input-Process-Outcome (IPO) 模式，並採用介面互動性量表 (QUIS)、系統使用性尺度量表 (SUS)、自製量表等工具蒐集實證資料。資料分析結果顯示：虛擬導覽系統可以輔助導覽活動、提升學習興趣及意圖，但系統使用性和使用者是否擁有虛擬導覽系統使用經驗並無顯著相關性；使用者是否具有臺南知事官邸、老屋欣力活動的先備知識與本系統的導覽成效並無顯著相關性；使用者是否具有數位內容產業的先備知識與本系統的導覽成效有顯著相關性。
    Virtual Reality is an innovative technology. Using 3D technologies, users can see andexperience a space that may be unreachable in reality or may exist in the past. Users can alsointeract with objects in the virtual space from various points of view and experience soundsand images as real.The purpose of this study is to develop a 3D virtual museum navigation system from thepoint of view of users. After that, the input-process-outcome (IPO) model, Questionnaire forUser Interaction Satisfaction (QUIS), System Usability Scale (SUS) are used to evaluate oursystem. Data analysis showed that (1) the virtual navigation system can assist the navigationactivities and enhance learning results reveal that interest and intention. The usability ofsystem doesn’t significantly depend on users'' experience of using a virtual navigation system.(2) Whether users have the pre-knowledge of Tainan Governor’s Official Residence and theActivity of Tainan Old House is not related to the navigation outcomes. (3) Whether usersknew about Digital Content Industry before is significantly related to our navigationoutcomes.
