高雄市國民小學無游泳池學校實施游泳教學現況及阻礙因素之調查研究

  • 描述: 本研究主要目的在瞭解高雄市國民小學無游泳池學校實施游泳教學現況與阻礙游泳教學之因素調查。採問卷調查法,以高雄市79所無游泳池國民小學之行政人員、體育教師及班級教師為研究對象,並以自編之「高雄市國民小學無游泳池學校實施游泳教學現況及阻礙因素調查問卷」為研究工具,共計發出問卷316份,回收有效問卷291份,回收率92.08%。以SPSS for WINDOWS 12.0套裝軟體進行描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析及雪費法事後比較檢定等資料處理與分析。研究主要結果如下:一、實施游泳教學現況(一)以三~六年級學生為主要實施對象。(二)上課節數以2節以上為主,每學年實施週數上以1~4週較多。(三)泳池選擇以使用私人游泳池比例最高(四)師資來源是以私立游泳池提供的教練為主。(五)經費來源主要以學生自行繳納為主,佔94.4%。(六)交通方式以步行前往、6-15分鐘內可到達上課地點的學校最多。(七)行政支援方面依序為租借場地、課程規劃、安排交通及師資等。二、實施游泳教學阻礙因素(一)無游泳池學校實施游泳教學阻礙因素之重要性依序為「安全管理」、「行政管理」、「場地經費」、「課程規劃」、「人力資源」。(二)不同系所教師在「課程規劃」、「人力資源」、「行政管理」、「場地經費」等阻礙因素的看法上沒有顯著差異,但在「安全管理」因素上有顯著差異。(三)不同教學經驗教師在「課程規劃」、「安全管理」、「人力資源」、「行政管理」、「場地經費」等阻礙因素沒有顯著差異。(四)不同職務教師在「課程規劃」、「安全管理」、「行政管理」、「場地經費」等阻礙因素的看法上沒有顯著差異,但在「人力資源」因素上有顯著差異。(五)不同規模學校在「課程規劃」、「安全管理」、「人力資源」、「行政管理」、「場地經費」等阻礙因素沒有顯著差異。
    The main purpose of this research was studying the implementation and constraint factors of swimming course conducted in elementary schools without swimming pools in Kaohsiung City. This research used a quantitative model. The results of this research were based upon the questionnaires collected from school administrators, physical education teachers and class mentoring teachers in elementary schools without swimming pools in Kaohsiung City.A number of 291 questionnaires have been collected from among the 316 distributed with a return rate of 92.08%. This research also used SPSS for WINDOWS 12.0 and Pearson’s correlation to process, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA ,and Scheffe Verification methodology and analyzes the data. The conclusions of this research were shown as follows:Ⅰ.Existing situation of swimming courses 1. Students from grade 3 to grade 6 occupy the most proportion. 2. In planning for curriculum design. There are more than two lessons every week, and 1~4 weeks in a school year in most of elementary schools. 3. Most schools used the swimming facilities which based in the local public leisure centers. 4. The swimming coaches are mostly hired from the swimming companies. 5. Sources of budget mainly come from students with a percentage of 94.4%. 6. It takes 6~15 min to go to the studying location from school by walking in most of schools. 7. Administrative supports contain venue renting, curriculum design, traffic arrangement, and presenters invitation.Ⅱ.Constraint factors of swimming course1. The constraint factors of promoting swimming course in elementary schools without swimming pools in Kaohsiung City are:(1)Security management(2)Administrative management(3)Facilities&Budget(4) Curriculum planning(5)Human resources 2. The elementary school teachers with the different department show obvious differences with “Security management,” while no ostensible difference occurs in the realms of “Curriculum planning,” “Human resources,” “Administrative management,” and “Facilities&Budget.”3. The elementary school teachers with the different experience of teaching show no significant differences as to “Curriculum planning,”“ Security management,” “Human resources,” “Administrative management,” and “Facilities&Budget.” 4. The elementary school teachers with the different post show obvious differences with “Human resources,” while no ostensible difference occurs in the realms of “Curriculum planning,” “Security management,” “Administrative management,” and “Facilities&Budget.” 5. Schools of different scales show no significant differences as to“Curriculum planning,” “Security management,” “Human resources,” “Administrative management,” and “Facilities&Budget.”
