  • 描述: 目的:本研究目的旨在探討六週扯鈴運動對幼兒五項運動能力有何影響。方法:以幼稚園大班之幼兒共30名(年齡:5.6±0.5歲,身高為114.8±4.6公分,體重為22.7±4.2公斤)為研究對象。隨機分配為實驗組與控制組,每組15名,進行六週十八次的扯鈴課程。以獨立樣本單因子共變數分析比較兩組在協調能力、靜態平衡、動態平衡、反應能力及敏捷性等五項運動能力之差異情形。結果:經統計後發現,實驗組後測之協調能力、動態平衡及反應能力均顯著優於控制組(p<.05);兩組的靜態平衡及敏捷性則未達顯著差異(p>.05)。結論:六週扯鈴運動對學齡前幼兒之協調能力、動態平衡與反應能力有提升的效果,但對靜態平衡及敏捷性之能力則沒有顯著效果。建議幼稚園教師編擬體育教材時,可將扯鈴項目納入課程中,以培養幼兒之運動能力。
    Purpose: This study was to probe into how six-week diabolo training influences children’s five motor abilities. Method:The subjects are thirty children from two Kindergarten 2nd classes (Age: 5.6±0.5 years old, Height: 114.8±4.6 cm;Weight: 22.7±4.2 kg ). Those thirty children are randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental undergoes eighteen-lesson hour diabolo training curriculum in six weeks. The data were analyzed by ANCOVA, to contrast the diversities of children’s coordination, static balance, dynamic balance, reaction and agility. Results: After the analysis, it showed that the experimental group’s coordination, dynamic balance, and reaction are better than the control group’s ( p<.05). However, the differences of these two groups’ static balance and agility are not significant (p>.05). Conclusion: Six-week diabolo training have a significant influence on pre-school children’s coordination, dynamic balance, and reaction. But as far as static balance and agility are concerned, there is only a little progress, not significant. Nevertheless, when teachers plan their lessons, diabolo is a good material which can be put into Physical Education in order to foster children’s motor abilities.
