The purpose of this study was to explore using the principals’ system leadership to improve school performance. This study used the method of literature analysis to explain the meaning and importance of the principal’s system leadership, to analyze current school performance, and finally to provide 6 strategies to improve school performance through the principals’ application of system leadership, including:1.
