  • 描述: 目的:本研究旨在探討對比式重量訓練對大專乙組羽球選手米字步法及爆發力之影響。方法:以17名大專乙組羽球選手為受試者,隨機分成傳統重量訓練組(男生6人、女生3人)與對比式訓練組(男生5人、女生3人)。訓練前,兩組皆進行米字步法、垂直跳、立定跳遠及30公尺衝刺等爆發力前測,之後進行為期6週,每週兩次的訓練,及每周三次的羽球訓練,實驗期間皆不進行任何相關的運動訓練,實驗結束後再進行後測。所得資料以獨立樣本單因子共變數分析,考驗兩組間是否有顯著差異,顯著水準α=.05。結果:傳統重量訓練組與對比式訓練組兩組實驗後,不論是米字步法 (13.00秒vs 12.83秒)、垂直跳 (58.39公分vs 59.43公分)、立定跳遠 (227.47公分vs 220.71公分)及30公尺衝刺 (5.02秒vs 4.99秒),兩組之間均未達顯著差異(p>.05)。結論:6週對比式訓練與傳統重量訓練對大專乙組羽球選手的米字步法、垂直跳、立定跳遠及30公尺衝刺等爆發力,增進效果一樣,沒有顯著差異。
    Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of contrastive weight training on the footwork and explosive strength in college badminton players. Methods: The subjects were 17 college badminton players, and they were randomly divided into a traditional weight training group (6 male and 3 female) and a contrast training group (5 male and 4 female). Before training, both groups were pre-tested for explosive strength, such as meter footwork, vertical jump, standing long jump and 30-meter sprints. Afterwards, they underwent both training twice a week and badminton training three times a week for 6 weeks. During the experiment, no other related exercise training was performed, and post-tests were conducted after the experiment. The data was analyzed by one-way ANCOVA to examine if any changes between the two groups. The level of significance was set at α=.05. Results: After the experiment of the weight training group and the contrast training group, there was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of meter footwork (13.00s vs 12.83s), vertical jump (58.39cm vs 59.43cm), standing long jump (227.47cm vs 220.71cm) and 30-meter sprint (5.02s vs 4.99s) (p>.05). Conclusion: The 6-week contrastive training and traditional weight training have the same effect on the explosive strength of the college badminton players' meter footwork, vertical jump, standing long jump and 30-meter sprint.
