  • Description: 本研究對研究者以校長的角色在離島國中實施教學領導,其目的有三:1.透過多所離島國中校長訪談,探討其實施校長教學領導之策略,作為本研究擬定教學領導方案之參考。2.以自我反省為前題,行動研究為方法,將校長教學領導的理論落實在校務運作中,並反思其成效。3.校長如何在尊重教師專業自主情境下,進行課堂觀察,協助教師發現問題、解決問題,進而提昇教師班級經營效能及學生學習成效。本研究的行動歷程,首先藉由文獻探討瞭解校長教學領導現況及班級經營最新理論,其次思索研究者推展教學領導的出發點,再次探討行動策略的實施情況與回應,最後檢視整體實施的成效。同時根據行動的發現與省思進行討論,主要的焦點在離島國中校長如何順應人、事、地、物的條件,以教學領導為策略來進行校務的運作與行政革新。最終的目的在協助離島教師提昇班級經營效能進而提昇學生的學習成效。此外研究者亦透過行動過程進行理論與實務的對話,並檢視離島校長進行教學領導現存之困境與契機,希望 藉由 反省後的再計畫再行動,為離島規劃更好的教 育環境。研究的結論為:1.以形塑學校組織文化、鼓勵教師進修、激勵學習氣氛、改善建置優良教學環境、積極進入教學現場為核心,設計方案進行校長教學領導行動研究。2.透過校長教學領導行動研究的過程,設計方案協助教師進行班級環境規劃經營、學生偏差行為輔導、精進教師課堂教學能力、家長與社區資源的經營。3.受訪校長均將教學領導視為學校經營之首要任務,能將此理念與策略應用在校務推動事務上,並有良好的辦學績效。
    The purpose of this research is to promote the teacher’s classroom management effectiveness by the principal action researcher. It attempt to have every member in school develop the self-efficacy.The context of this research is the school where researcher serve. As both the principal and the researcher, the reseacher looks for the partners to proceed with the action research on instruction leadership by principals. This search has three goals:1.by the other Island principal’s interview, discusses it to implement the principal strategy of the instructional leadership, took this research to draws up reference for the instructional leadership plan.2.take the self-introspection as the premise, make the instructiona leadership theory realization in the school affairs operation, and will reconsider the result of the action reseacher.3.not affect the professional autonomy of teachers for the former title, principal carries on the classroom observation, assists the teacher to find the problem, solves the problem, and then promotes the teacher’s classroom management effectiveness and the student’s academic.The abstract of this research conclusion as following:First ,by the literature discussion, understood the newest theory of the principal instructional leadership and the classroom management, second,think deeply about the starting point of the researcher to promote the instructional leadership, think about the implementation situation and the response, finally inspect the whole implementation and result.Meanwhile the focal point is the principal how to carry out the instructional leadership in the island junior high school.After all, the purpose is assisting the island teacher to promote the classroom management effectiveness and then to promote student''s study result.The research conclusion is: By the method to shap the organization culture of school, encourages the teacher to take advanced courses, the drive study atmosphere, the improvement establishes the fine teaching environment, positively enters the teaching scene, design proposal to carries on the action reacher.2 through the process of theinstructional leadership, providing proposal to develop the classroom management.3. the visited principal pay attention on the theme and applicatie at the school affairs, and has the good school achievements.
