國小級任教師轉化、互易領導與班級氣氛之相關研究

  • 描述: 本研究旨在探討高雄縣國小級任教師轉化、互易領導和班級氣氛之關係,以及兩者間的相關情形。為達研究目的,研究者以高雄縣公立國小四、六年級學童及該班級任教師為研究對象,採自編的「國小級任教師基本資料調查問卷」及「國小級任教師轉化、互易領導與班級氣氛問卷調查」為研究工具,進行問卷調查,將所得資料以次數分配、百分比、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析及皮爾遜積差相關等統計方法進行統計分析。研究發現如下:一、高雄縣國小級任教師經常表現轉化、互易領導。其中以「個別化關懷」最高,「消極介入管理」表現最低。二、高雄縣國小中、高年級學童所知覺的「班級氣氛」大多融洽,其中以「教師支持」表現最高,「班規」表現最低。三、國小級任教師轉化、互易領導行為會因教師「性別」、「服務年資」、「教育程度」、「學校規模」、「學校所在地」的不同而有差異。四、班級氣氛會因級任教師「性別」、「服務年資」、「學校規模」、「學校所在地」的不同而有差異。五、國小四年級學童知覺班級氣氛明顯優於六年級學童。六、女童知覺班級氣氛高於男童。七、高雄縣國小級任教師轉化、互易領導與班級氣氛間呈現顯著正相關,各層面以「魅力」與「教師支持」相關最高。
    The purposes of this study were to explore the relationships among elementary school teachers’ transformational leadership, transactional leadership and classroom climate in Kaohsiung County, besides the correlation between each other. The research subjects were based on the 4th, 6th grade students and their homeroom teachers of public elementary school in Kaohsiung County. The main approaches of this study were used the self-adaptation questionnaire “Elementary School Homeroom Teachers’ Basic Data Investigation Questionnaire”, “Elementary School Homeroom Teachers’ Transformational Leadership, Transactional Leadership and Classroom Climate Investigation Questionnaire”. The data were analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, Percentage, T-test, One-way ANOVA and Pearson’s Product-moment Correlation.The research results were as follows:1. The elementary school homeroom teachers in Kaohsiung County applied transformational leadership and transactional leadership frequently. The application of individualized consideration was the highest. The application of passive interference management was the lowest.2. The classroom climate perception of mid and high grade students in Kaohsiung County were almost harmonious. And the performance of teachers’ support was the highest and the performance of the classroom rule was the lowest.3. The behavior of teachers’ transformational leadership and transactional leadership should be different for diversity of the teachers’ genders, seniority, level of education, school size and location.4. The classroom climate should be different for diversity of the teachers’ genders, seniority, school size and location.5. The classroom climate perception of the 4th grade students was obviously better than 6th grade students.6. The classroom climate perception of the girls was higher than boys.7. The performance of elementary school homeroom teachers in Kaohsiung County among transformational leadership, transactional leadership and classroom climate was obviously positive correlation. From the various perspectives comparison, the correlation between “fascination” and “teachers’ support” was the highest
