本研究為探討國小高年級學童自我概念、父母管教方式、教師領導風格與生活適應之相關研究。本調查研究以台南市九十二學年度公立國小六年級學童為研究對象,並選用「兒童自我概念量表」、「父母管教方式量表」、「轉化、互易領導風格量表」、「國小學童生活適應量表」為研究工具。所得資料經平均數、標準差、單因子變異數分析、Peason積差相關與逐步多元迴歸分析等方法加以分析,茲將研究所得結果歸納如下:一、國小高年級學童自我概念、父母管教方式、教師領導風格及生活適應之現況良好。二、不同自我概念的國小高年級學童,自我概念程度越高者,其生活適應越好;反之,其生活適應越差。三、不同父、母親管教方式下的國小高年級學童,其生活適應都是「開明權威」組最好、「專制權威」組和「忽視冷漠」組最差。四、不同教師領導風格下的國小高年級學童,其生活適應大致以「高轉化低互易」組最好、「低轉化高互易」組最差。五、國小高年級學童自我概念、父母管教方式、教師領導風格與生活適應有顯著相關。六、國小高年級學童自我概念、父母管教方式、教師領導風格對生活適應具有良好的預測力。 本研究依據上述之研究結果提出建議,以供未來研究或教育輔導之參考。
The purpose of this study was to explore the of high grade elementary students with self concept, parenting styling and the leadership styling of their teachers. The participants were the 6th grade elementary students of the public elementary school of the 92nd academic year in Tainan. This study used the Children Self-Concept Scale, the Parenting Style Scale, the Teachers’ Transformational Leadership and Transactional Leadership Scale and the Life Adjustment Scale to determine the level of life adjustment.All the data were classified by the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and stepwise multiple regression. The outcome of the formula indicated the following points :Ⅰ. The current levels of the self concept, parenting styling, leadership styling of teachers and life adjustment of high grade elementary students are in good conditions.II. Among the high grade elementary students with different self concept, the life adjustment ability of the students who had higher level of self concept was better than the others. Meanwhile, the ability of those with lower level of self concept was worse than the others.III. Among the high grade elementary students with different parenting styling, the level of life adjustment of the Authoritative group was always the highest while the levels of the Authoritarian group and the Neglecting group were lower than the others.IV. Among the high grade elementary students with different leadership styling of teachers, the level of life adjustment of the high transformational and low transactional group was the highest while the level of the low transformational and high transactional group was the lowest.Ⅴ. The relationship between the self concept, parenting styling and the leadership styling of teachers of the high grade elementary students and their life adjustment is significant.Ⅵ. The self concept, parenting styling and the leadership styling of teachers of the high grade elementary students predicted the life adjustment with good accuracy.According to the findings, the research put forth suggestions to be referred to in studies and applied in educational counseling in the future.
