以科技製造產業為主要經濟支撐的台灣,由於產業間激烈的競爭及動盪快速的環境變化,台灣高科技產業公司所面臨的問題,不僅是產品之間價格競爭上的挑戰,還必須承受產品生命週期縮短的時間壓力。因此,相關研究人員建議,想要成功在市場佔有一席之地,必須投入大量的研究資源,例如實驗收集和創新概念的導入。本研究提出了一個以服務為導向之創新的供應鏈的概念模型,而後將所回收的 84份有效問卷﹙回收率約 26%﹚,用 AMOS軟體作相關分析。最後的研究結果顯示出,市場導向與供應鏈績效之間存在有顯著的相關性,這個假設是成立的﹙H1﹚。從本研究的最終結果模型,發現到市場導向構面與有效資源操作的嵌入和資源整合之間有著顯著的相關性﹙H4、H5﹚,而資源導向構面,與價值共創、有效資源操作的嵌入以及資源整合,有顯著的相關性存在﹙H7、H8、H9﹚。除了上述結論之外,本研究也證實了另一個結果,就是服務創新概念的驅動因子中的價值共創和價值群集因素,與供應鏈績效呈現正向的相關性﹙H11、H14﹚。
The radical competition and dynamic environment in Taiwan’s high technology industry means that firms must cope with not only the challenges of price competition but also pressures of faster cycle time. Thus, researchers suggest that success in Asia market requires significant exploration involving experimentation and innovation. This research presents a proposed model of service-oriented innovation supply chain. Using the remaining 84 valid (response rate of 26%) for the AMOS analysis. The results indicate that a significant relationship between market orientation and supply chain performance is established. The findings revealed that a market orientation was significantly related to embedding operant resource and resource integration, a resource orientation was significantly related to value cocreation, embedding operant resource and resource integration. The findings also confirm that value cocreation and value constellations of the drivers of service innovation are positively associated with supply chain performance.
