  • 描述: 本研究旨在瞭解國小教師教學信念與教學效能現況及不同背景教師在教學信念與教學效能的差異情形,並探究教學信念與教學效能之相關性,進而分析教學信念對教學效能是否有預測力。為達研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,並以自編之「國小教師教學信念與教學效能之調查問卷」作為資料蒐集的工具,以台南市九十九學年度公立國小教師為研究對象母群體進行問卷調查。總計有效問卷共有659份。根據問卷填答結果,以統計套裝軟體SPSS 18.0 for Windows版進行資料的描述性統計、獨立樣本t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及多元逐步迴歸等方法進行資料分析。依據資料分析之結果,本研究結論如下:一、國小教師具有正向的教學信念,其中又以「課程與教學」信念較強。二、國小教師大都具有良好的教學效能,以「班級經營」表現最好。三、國小教師教學信念與教學效能會因擔任職務、學校規模以及學校地區之不同而有顯著差異。四、國小教師教學信念與教學效能兩者呈現正相關;國小教師的教學信念愈高,其教學效能的程度也愈好。五、國小教師的教學信念能有效預測教學效能,其中以「教師角色」及「學生差異」對教學效能最具有解釋力。根據以上研究結論提出建議,作為教育行政機關、學校、教師,以及後續研究之參考。
    The purposes of this study were to investigate the current status of elementary school teachers’ teaching beliefs and teaching efficiency, how different backgrounds of the teachers might affect their beliefs and efficiency, the relationship between beliefs and efficiency, and last but not least, whether teaching beliefs could serve as a predictor of teaching efficiency. A questionnaire developed by the researcher was employed to achieve the purpose of this study. The participants were 659 municipal elementary school teachers from Tainan city. Data analysis, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis, was carried out using the statistical software package SPSS18.0 for Windows. The results from data analysis revealed that:1. Teachers hold positive teaching beliefs, particularly in “curriculum and teaching”. 2. Teachers’ teaching efficiency fall on mid-high level.3. Teachers’ teaching beliefs and efficiency are significantly influenced by administrative duties, size and location of their schools.4. There is a positive relationship between teaching belief and teaching efficiency. 5. Teachers’ teaching beliefs can serve as a predictor of their teaching efficiency.The above research findings are put forward for educational administrators, educators, and teachers for further research and reference.
