本研究的目的在探討人事智能取向情意教學方案對國小四年級學童在學業及人際挫折容忍力之影響效果,比較不同性別學童在接受實驗處理後的差異情形,並瞭解人事智能取向情意教學方案實施的情況、學生的學習結果、以及學生與教師對人事智能取向情意教學方案的看法與建議。本研究採不等組前後測的準實驗設計,以台南縣某公立國小四年級兩班學生為研究對象,實驗組與控制組學生均為31人。實驗組接受八週的人事智能取向情意教學方案實驗處理,教學由研究者擔任,控制組學生則未接受實驗處理。研究結果除了以量化的「挫折容忍力量表」進行統計分析之外,另輔以學習單、學習日誌及教學者本身的教學省思札記等資料進行質性分析。本研究獲致的結論如下:一、「人事智能取向情意教學方案」對實驗組學生的學業及人際挫折容忍力有一定的提升效果。二、男女生接受「人事智能取向情意教學方案」後,在學業及人際挫折容忍力並無顯著差異。三、學生在課堂討論、學習單及學習日誌的撰寫表現,充分顯示「人事智能取向情意教學方案」有助於學生充分思考學業及人際議題。四、學生對「人事智能取向情意教學方案」給予正面肯定。五、教師對「人事智能取向情意教學方案」實施成效持肯定之看法。 最後依據結論,從學校輔導工作、教學實務工作及未來研究方向等三個方面,提出建議。
The purposes of this study were to design a personal intelligence orientation affective project for fourth graders, to evaluate the effects of promoting frustration tolerance on academic and interpersonal performance, and to understand students’ and the teacher’s opinions about this project. The project was designed based on personal intelligence theory, including eight teaching units. Two fourth grade classes were participated in a pretest and posttest quasi-experimental design.Results showed the project can help the fourth graders to develop their frustration tolerance on academic performance and interpersonal performance, and there is no significant differences between different gender students on Frustration Tolerance scale after experimental teaching project. Qualitative analyses through class observation and activity sheets indicated the project can help students developed cognitive knowledge on academic and interpersonal issues and accomplished teaching objectives. From student questionnaire and teacher interview, both students and the teacher granted positive comments on the project. Suggestions to counselling and teaching on frustration tolerance for elementary students and further studies were proposed.
