  • 描述: 本研究旨在探討澎湖縣國小校長教學領導與教師教學效能之關係,並分析不同背景變項之教學領導與教學效能的差異情形,最後根據研究結果,提出結論與建議,以供教育行政機關、國民小學校長及教師辦學、教學之參考。 本研究採文獻分析、問卷調查法。首先,蒐集有關文獻,探討校長教學領導與教師教學效能的理論基礎與內涵;其次以問卷調查法,普查澎湖地區41所國民小學564位教師,調查結果以平均數、標準差、描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、多元逐步迴歸分析等統計方法,進行資料分析與討論,獲致下列研究結論:壹•教師對校長教學領導與教師教學效能知覺程度皆屬中上程度。貳•不同學校規模、學校所在地之教師所知覺到的校長教學領導有顯著差異;而不同服務年資、教育背景之教師所知覺到的校長教學領導並無顯著差異 。參•不同服務年資之教師所知覺到的教師教學效能有顯著差異;而不同教育背景、學校規模、學校所在地之教師所知覺到的教師教學效能並無顯著差異。肆•教師之背景變項與校長教學領導對教師教學效能具顯著之預測力,其中以校長教學領導對教師教學效能之預測力較強,而教師之背景變項對教師教學效能之預測力較弱依據上述研究發現,對教育行政機關、國民小學校長、教師及未來研究,提出下列建議:壹•對教育行政機關之建議 一•師資培訓及在職教育中加入教學領導的課程 二•辦理教學效能方面的專業研習,增進教師教學能力 三•回歸教育本質,確保教學品質 四•適度調整學校規模與班級人數,提高教師教學競爭力貳•對國民小學校長之建議一•校長應致力專業發展,積極扮演教學領導者二•強化年輕、新進教師教學能力,提昇教學效能 三•尊重資深教師,鼓勵其傳承教學技術 四•鼓勵教師互助合作,共創有效教學團隊參•對國民小學教師之建議 一•提昇教學能力,增進教師教學效能 二•善用有效教學行為內涵,檢視自我教學狀況 三•重視強化師生關係與互動,提昇整體教學效果 四•鼓勵教師結合行動研究,展現有效教學行為
    The main purpose of the research were to (1) study the relationship between elementary school principals’ instructional leadership and teachers’ teaching efficiency in Penghu County, (2) analyze instructional leadership and teaching efficiency from different backgrounds on these two areas, (3) according to the study results, to make conclusions and suggestions for educational administrative organizations, elementary school principals, teachers in primary schools and future studies. Literature analysis and questionnaire survey were applied to this study. To begin with, the researcher collected related literature to explore the basic theories and contents of principals’ instructional leadership and teachers’ teaching efficiency. Moreover, the questionnaires were compiled from 564 teachers in 41 elementary schools in Penghu. The collected data was analyzed by way of average, standard deviation, descriptive statistic, t-test, one-way ANOVA, multiple regressions. The conclusions are as follows:1. The overall situation about the perceptions of teachers toward teaching efficiency and principals’ instructional leadership is mid-high level. . 2. There were significant differences on the perceptions toward principals’ instructional leadership behaviors among elementary school teachers with different variables, such as the size and the location of the school. However, no significant differences was found while the variables, such as years of service and different educational backgrounds. 3. There were significant differences on the perceptions toward teachers’ teaching efficiency among elementary school teachers with different years of service. However, no significant differences was found while the variables, such as educational backgrounds, the size and the location of the school. 4. The Principle’s instructional leadership has a positive predication for the Teacher’s Professional Growth. The variation of teachers’ backgrounds has less predication in teachers’ teaching efficiency. Based on the major findings of this study, the suggestions for the improvement of educational administrative organizations, elementary school principals, teachers in primary schools and future study were also made in the following.1. Suggestions for educational administration organizations(1) Provide training of the instructional leadership in the course of teacher training and on-the-job training. (2) Hold workshops about teaching efficiency aspect to improve teachers’ teaching skills. (3) Reverting to the essence of education makes sure the quality of teaching. (4) Adjust the size of schools and the numbers of students properly to raise the teachers’ competitiveness2. Suggestions for elementary school principals(1) Principals should devote to the professional developments and play the role of leader of teaching positively. (2) Strengthen the abilities of young and new teachers to upgrade teaching efficiency. (3) Pay more respect toward senior teachers and encourage their devotion of their teaching skills. (4) Encourage the cooperation among teachers to form an effective teaching team. 3. Suggestions for elementary school teachers(1) Improve teaching skills and enhance teachers’ teaching efficiency. (2) Take advantage of effective teaching contents and reflect the self-teaching conditions. (3) Think highly of the relationship and interaction between teachers and students and improve the overall teaching effects. (4) Encourage teachers to do action researches to reveal effective teaching behavior.
