  • 描述: 本研究旨在瞭解澎湖縣國民小學教師之教師思考與教學決定現況及不同背景教師在教師思考與教學決定的差異情形,並探究教師思考與教學決定之相關性,進而分析教師思考對教學決定是否有預測力。為達研究目的,本研究採用問卷調查法,並以自編之「國小教師思考與教學決定之研究調查問卷」作為資料蒐集的工具,以澎湖縣一百學年度公立國小教師為研究對象進行問卷調查。總計有效問卷共有562份。根據問卷填答結果,以統計套裝軟體SPSS 12.0 for Windows版進行資料的描述性統計、獨立樣本t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關及多元逐步迴歸等方法進行資料分析。依據資料分析之結果,本研究結論如下:一、澎湖縣國小教師具有中上程度的教學思考,其中又以「教學計畫」的認知程度最佳為良好等級。二、澎湖縣國小教師大都具有良好的教學決定,以「教學計畫」表現最好。三、澎湖縣國小教師思考與教學決定會因擔任職務的不同、學歷以及專業經歷之不同而有顯著差異。四、澎湖縣國小教師思考與教學決定兩者呈現正相關;國小教師的教師思考愈高,其教學決定的程度也愈高。五、澎湖縣國小教師的教師思考能有效預測教學決定,其中以「教學計劃」及「親師期望」對教學決定最具有預測力。 根據以上研究結論提出建議,作為教育行政機關、學校、教師,以及後續研究之參考。
    The purposes of this study were to investigate the current status of elementary school teacher''s thinking and teaching decision , how different backgrounds of the teachers might affect their thinking and decision , the relationship between teacher''s thinking and teaching decision , and last but not least, whether teacher''s thinking could serve as a predictor of teaching decision.A questionnaire developed by the researcher was employed to achieve the purpose of this study. The participants were 562 municipal elementary school teachers from Penghu County .Data analysis, including descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson''s correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis, was carried out using the statistical software package SPSS12.0 for Windows.The results from data analysis revealed that:1. Teachers hold good degree in teaching''s thinking , particularly "teaching plan" with high awareness level .2. Most of elementary school teachers in Penghu County have good performance of teaching decision , particularly "teaching plan" .3. Teacher''s thinking and teaching decision are significantly influenced by administrative duties, size and location of their schools.4. There is a positive relationship between teacher''s thinking and teaching decision.5. Teacher''s thinking can serve as a predictor of their teaching decision.The above research findings are put forward for educational administrators, educators , and teachers for further research and reference.
