  • 描述: 本研究旨在探討嘉南地區國中教師幽默感、自我復原力與教學效能之現況,並分析其在幽默感、自我復原力與教學效能之差異與關係。本研究係以問卷調查法進行研究,以「幽默感分量表」、「自我復原力特質量表」及「教學效能問卷」為研究工具,採分層抽樣方式選取嘉南地區33所公立國民中學之教師614名為受試者,剔除無效問卷後,共得有效問卷525份。調查結果以SPSS 統計軟體進行描述統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson積差相關與多元迴歸分析等進行資料分析,研究結論如下:一、 嘉南地區國中教師之幽默感的現況為中等程度,其中以「幽默欣賞能力」層面表現最佳。二、 嘉南地區國中教師自我復原力的現況為中等程度,其中以「復原」層面表現最佳。三、 嘉南地區國中教師教學效能的現況為中上程度,且以「班級經營與管理」層面表現最佳。四、 不同任教年資之嘉南地區國中教師在幽默感的「幽默因應能力」層面有顯著差異。五、 擔任不同職務的嘉南地區國中教師在幽默感的「幽默欣賞能力」及「幽默創造能力」層面有顯著差異。六、 不同任教年資之嘉南地區國中教師在自我復原力的「復原」層面有顯著差異。七、 不同學校規模的嘉南地區國中教師在自我復原力的「嘗新」層面有顯著差異。八、 不同性別的嘉南地區國中教師在教學效能的「教學計畫與準備」與「班級經營與管理」層面有顯著差異。九、 擔任不同職務的嘉南地區國中教師在教學效能的「教學成果與評量」層面有顯著差異。十、 嘉南地區國中教師的幽默感、自我復原力與教學效能之間有顯著正相關。十一、 嘉南地區國中教師的自我復原力之「復原」層面及幽默感之「幽默欣賞能力」、「幽默創造能力」與「幽默因應能力」層面對教學效能有顯著且正向的預測力,且以「復原」層面最能預測教學效能基於上述研究結果,提出結論與建議,以供教育行政單位、教育人員及未來研究參考。
    The purpose of the study was to investigate sense of humor, ego-resiliency and teaching efficiency of junior high school teachers in Chiayi and Tainan area, and to examine the correlations among humor, ego-resiliency and teaching efficiency. The subjects of this study were 525 junior high school teachers from 33 public schools in Chiayi and Tainan area. The major instruments were three questionnaires: Sense of humor questionnaire, Ego-resiliency questionnaire, and Teaching efficiency questionnaire.The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, Pearson's product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. Based on the statistical results, the findings of the study are summarized as follows:1. Junior high school teachers in Chiayi and Tainan area possess good sense of humor. The study shows that teachers perform best in “Appreciation of humor” among the four dimensions of sense of humor.2. Junior high school teachers in Chiayi and Tainan area possess good ego-resiliency. The study shows that teachers perform better in “Resilience” dimension than in Curiosity dimension. 3. Junior high school teachers in Chiayi and Tainan area possess great teaching efficiency. The study shows that teachers perform best in”Class management” among the five dimensions of teaching efficiency. 4. There was a significant difference in “Coping humor” dimension of sense of humor among teachers of different years of teaching experience.5. There were significant differences in “Appreciation of humor” and “Production of humor “dimensions of sense of humor among teachers with different job contexts.6. There was a significant difference in” Resilience” dimension of ego-resiliency among teachers of different years of teaching experience.7. There was a significant difference in” Curiosity” dimension of ego-resiliency among teachers from different sizes of school. 8. There were significant differences in “Planning and preparation of teaching” and ”Class management” dimensions of teaching efficiency among teachers of different sexes.9. There was a significant difference in “Achievements and assessments” dimension of teaching efficiency among teachers with different job contexts.10. There were significant positive correlations among sense of humor, ego-resiliency and teaching efficiency.11. ” Resilience”,”Appreciation of humor”,” Production of humor”, and” Coping humor” dimensions could effectively predict teaching efficiency.In the end, limitations of the study and suggestions for future research were provided.
