  • Description: 本研究旨在瞭解澎湖縣國民小學實施閱讀教學現況,包括行政部門的閱讀教學規劃、班級導師的閱讀教學實施、各校推動閱讀教學所遭遇的問題及因應策略。並依據研究結果提出結論與建議,以提供教育行政機關、學校行政單位及班級導師改進教學之參考。 本研究係以自編之「澎湖縣國民小學實施閱讀教學現況之調查問卷」及「澎湖縣國民小學實施閱讀教學行政規劃現況之調查問卷」兩份問卷,針對澎湖縣41位學校教導主任及334位班級導師進行問卷調查,調查結果以次數分配及百分比統計方式加以統計與分析,並針對問卷調查對象採立意抽樣方式,抽取六位教導主任與十二位班級導師進行訪談。最後,將統計分析輔以立意抽樣的訪談結果,以期深入瞭解澎湖縣國小實施閱讀教學之情形。 經資料分析結果與討論,本研究分別針對澎湖縣國小行政部門的閱讀教學規劃、班級導師的閱讀教學實施、各校推動閱讀教學所遭遇的問題及因應策略三個方面提出結論。其中,在閱讀教學行政措施現況分析層面包括:全校性閱讀教學課程規劃、閱讀教學情境的營造以及學校圖書館經營方式等三個層面。在閱讀教學現況分析層面包括:教師實施閱讀教學的態度、教師實施閱讀教學結合班級經營及教師實施閱讀教學的過程等三個層面。最後,則是針對行政部門以及教學現場教師推動閱讀教學活動所遭遇之困境及因應策略加以分析探討。
    This study aimed to understand reading teaching present situation of elementary school in Penghu. Including reading teaching plan of administrative unit and teachers, the problems of reading teaching in various schools and responding strategies. According the conclusion, provides some suggestions of teaching for educational administration institution, school administrative unit and teachers. This study questionnaire which was composed by the author was used to collect data. The sample of this study included 41 directors of teaching affairs and 334 teachers. The data is analyzed by frequency distribution and percentage statistics. And using purposive sampling to select a sample of 6 directors of teaching affairs and 12 teachers for interviewing. Finally, According the result of analysis and interview to understand reading teaching present situation of elementary school in Penghu. After analysis and discussion, some suggestions of this study for reading teaching. In administration, including school reading teaching curriculum plans, situation building and school library management. In teachers , including reading teaching attitude, class management and teaching procedure. Finally, we aims at difficult of the administrative department and reading teaching activity to analyze and discussion.
