國小學童山野教育核心素養、學習表現建構及標準本位評量示例發展之研究 = A Study on the Construction of the Core Competencies and Learning Performance, and on the Development of Examples of Standard-Based Assessment for Elementary School Children in Mountain Education

  • 描述: 山野教育在國內屬於一項新興的戶外教育議題,透過讓學習者親近山林野地,強調山野課程融合活動安全、環境元素、探索行動等部分的學習,是本土化的戶外教育型態。本研究之目的在發展一套適合國小教育階段學童適用的山野教育學習表現及其核心素養,而學習表現並具評量學習成效的功能,可以轉化為評量標準加以評核。因此,研究嘗試以德懷術方法建立國小山野教育議題之核心素養表、不同學習階段的學習表現體系及標準本位評量之評量標準示例,並進一步設計評量案例,加以實施後提供專家進行檢核評估。研究結果,建構出符合總綱三面九項之議題教育核心素養表;在學習表現部分,計有『親山安全知能』『知山探索體驗』『敬山自然守護』等三大面向及七次面向,與32個項目學習表現,其中初階階段8項、進階階段10項及精進階段14項,提供學校及教師規劃特色課程及融入領域教學之參考運用。 另外在標準本位評量部分,以二項學習表現發展表現標準描述的內涵,建立完成評量標準;並依各評量標準轉化為評分指引、學習目標及設計相關的評量活動與實施,經專家檢核結果,可評核出不同等級的學習表現;而評分指引、學習目標、素養導向的教學及素養導向的評量等的檢核,整體上大致具有一致性可信度及效度,因此二案例大致傾向素養導向的評量。但評量整體上有偏向認知等意見尚需改善,因此依據專家意見提出未來發展評量的修正方式及其他相關的建議,做為未來研究之參據。
    Mountain education is an emerging outdoor education issue in the country. It promotes learners to get close to mountains and fields, and emphasizes the inclusion of activity safety, environmental elements, exploration actions in the mountain courses. Mountain education is a kind of localized outdoor education. The purpose of the study is to develop a set of performance items of mountain education and core competencies suitable for children in elementary school education. These learning performance items have the function of evaluating learning effectiveness and can be transformed into standards of assessment. Therefore, the study attempts to use the modified Delphi method to establish the core competence table of the mountain education issue, the learning performance system of different learning stages, and standard examples for standard-based assessment in elementary school education.Further, designing and implementing examples of assessments for experts to inspect and to assess. As a result of the research, a core competency table with three aspects and nine items was constructed. In the learning performance section, the research results have three main aspects, seven sub-aspects, and 32 items of learning performance which include 8 items in the initial stage, 10 items in the intermediate stage, and 14 items in the advanced stage provide schools and teachers with reference to plan featured programs and integrate into field teaching. In addition, in the standard-based assessment section, performance level descriptions with two learning performance to establish standards of assessment are developed.
