  • 描述: 本研究主旨在探究高中職教師正向心理資本、學校組織文化、校長願景領導與核心素養教學能力的關係,並以學校組織文化為中介變項,探討校長願景領導透過學校組織文化對核心素養教學能力產生的相關;以及以校長願景領導為調節變項,探討校長願景領導在正向心理資本與核心素養教學能力之間的調節效果。 在研究方法上,本研究以全國高中職教師為研究對象,採問卷調查方式,有效回收50間高中職學校,計有效問卷818位教師,並運用階層線性模式(HLM)來分析教師層次與學校層次之間各變項的相關。 分析結果顯示:教師正向心理資本之「自我效能」、「樂觀」對核心素養教學能力之「強調實踐力行」有顯著正向相關;正向心理資本之「希望」、「自我效能」、「樂觀」、「復原力」對核心素養教學能力之「整合知識能力」有顯著正向相關;正向心理資本中的「自我效能」、「樂觀」對核心素養教學能力構面「重視情境脈絡學習」有顯著正向相關;核心素養教學能力之整合知識能力部分與學校組織文化之創新學習構面有顯著正向相關;;校長願景領導之「願景實踐」對學校組織文化之「組織共識」與「創新學習」有顯著正向相關 ;校長願景領導之「願景形成」在正向心理資本之「樂觀」對核心養教學能力之「整合知識能力」的關係中有顯著脈絡調節效果。 關鍵字: 核心素養教學能力、正向心理資本、學校組織文化、校長願景領導.
    The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the positive psychological capital of senior vocational teachers, school organizational culture, and principals' vision leadership on the teaching ability of core literacy, and use school organizational culture as a mediating variable to explore the principal's vision leadership through school organizational culture. The correlation of ability generation; and using the principal's vision leadership as a moderating variable, to explore the moderating effect of the principal's vision leadership between positive psychological capital and core literacy teaching ability. In terms of research methods, this study takes the national senior vocational teachers as the research object, adopts the questionnaire survey method, effectively collects 50 senior high vocational schools, and counts 818 teachers with valid questionnaires. Correlation of variables between levels. The analysis results show that the "self-efficacy" and "optimism" of teachers' positive psychological capital have a significant positive correlation with the "emphasis on practice" of core literacy teaching ability; Optimism and resilience have a significant positive correlation with the core literacy teaching ability "integrating knowledge"; positive psychological capital "self-efficacy" and "optimism" have a significant positive correlation with the core literacy teaching ability "emphasis on contextual learning" There is a significant positive correlation; the integrated knowledge ability part of the core literacy teaching ability has a significant positive correlation with the innovative learning aspect of the school organizational culture; "Innovative learning" has a significant positive correlation; the "vision formation" of the principal's vision leadership has a significant contextual moderating effect on the relationship between the "optimism" of positive psychological capital and the "integrated knowledge ability" .
