  • 描述: 近年來，隨著飼養寵物的風氣興起，民眾對動物保護的關注也逐漸升高。而在政府中，負責執行動物保護業務的動物保護檢查員，其業務範圍及數量也越來越廣。除了面臨人力不足、資源不足、超時工作等組織面的困境，動物保護檢查員還得處理心理上的難題，就是在工作中長期接觸動物、暴露在動物的苦難之下，因同情、同理動物而造成的同情疲勞，消耗自己的身心靈健康。 為了避免同情疲勞帶來的負面影響，本研究藉由瞭解動物保護檢查員同情疲勞的心理機制，以文獻分析、焦點訪談法的方式，來分析跟歸納同情疲勞的形成過程、影響因素及可能的因應方法。最後針對研究發現提出建議，希望對動物保護檢查員及動物保護機關有所助益。.
    In recent years, with the rise of the habit of keeping pets, the concern about animal protection has also been gradually raised. In the government, the animal protectors responsible for the implementation of animal protection affair are also expanding their affair scope and quantity. In addition to facing the organizational difficulties such as manpower shortage, lack of resources and overtime work, animal protectors also have to deal with compassion fatigue, which cause by long-term exposure to the suffering of animals, may damage their own body and mind health. In order to avoid the negative impact caused by the compassion fatigue, this study analyzed the psycholing mechanism of animal protectors' compassion fatigue, and analyzed the formation process, influencing factors and possible causes of compassion fatigue based on the methods of literature analysis and Focus group interview. At last, the study will provide Several recommendations, hoping to help animal protectors and animal protection agencies..
