  • 描述: 本研究自觀察到社會上青年失業的情況而起,探討待業青年是否可透過參加職業訓練,順利銜接職場,針對青年個人自我效能、參訓動機與訓練成效因素,研究其對就業意願影響的效果。 研究方式採用問卷調查法,共計回收121份問卷,以SmartPLS搭配SPSS作為統計分析軟體,進行敘述性統計、信效度分析與迴歸分析,實證後結果得出: 1.自我效能對教育訓練成效有顯著正向影響 2.自我效能和就業意願間有顯著正向影響 3.參訓動機和訓練成效間有顯著正向影響 4.參訓動機和就業意願間並無顯著影響 5.訓練成效和就業意願間有顯著正向影響 除了研究架構中的五個假說外,本研究也進行獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、中介效果與調節效果等分析,實證結果如下: 1.男性的自我效能普遍比女性高 2.參訓前曾嘗試求職的學員其就業意願普遍比未曾求職者高 3.25-29歲的參訓者就業意願普遍較15-19歲的參訓者要高 4.在自我效能對就業意願的影響中,訓練成效屬部分中介效果.
    According to observing the situation of young unemployed adults in the society, this study explored whether they can participate in Vocational Training to get job or not. Aiming at the factors of youth's Self-efficacy, Training Motivation, and Training Effectiveness effect on their employment intention. The research method adept survey techniques, and collected 121 questionnaires. Using Smart PLS and SPSS as the statistical analysis tools to Execute Descriptive Statistics, reliability and validity analysis, and regression analysis. The result is as follows: 1.Self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on vocational training. 2.Self-efficacy has a significant positive impact on employment intentions. 3.Training Motivation has a significant positive impact on training effectiveness. 4.Training Motivation has no significant impact on Employment Intention. 5.Training Effectiveness has a significant positive impact on employment intentions. Except for the five hypotheses in this research model, it also executed independent sample t-test, one-way analysis of variance, mediation effect, and moderation effect analysis. The result is as follows: 1.Men's self-efficacy is generally higher than women's. 2.Samples who have tried to find a job before participating in the vocational training generally have higher employment intentions than those who never applying for a job. 3.Samples whose age between twenty-five to twenty-nine years old generally have higher employment intentions than fifteen to nineteen years old ones. 4.In the effect of self-efficacy on employment intention, training effectiveness is a mediated effect.
