  • Description: 本研究旨在探討就讀身心障礙班級學生之家長參加 IEP會議及ITP會議現況、家長對IEP會議及ITP會議認知、瞭解家長參加會議所遭遇的困難,並且進一步瞭解家長對於參加會議的建議與期待。以自編「家長參加個別化教育計畫會議及轉銜計畫會議調查問卷」,利用郵寄問卷方式,共寄413份問卷,得到314份有效回收樣本,回收率81%。資料經次數分配、百分比、t考驗及變異數分析後,獲得下列主要發現: 一、家長認知:家長對於IEP、IEP會議的認知高於ITP以及ITP會議。二、參加現狀:57%的家長曾經參加過IEP會議。曾出席ITP 會議的比率只有43%。 三、家長對IEP會議、ITP會議的認知,會因為父母親教育程度、父親職業、孩子障礙類別、孩子障礙程度、孩子年齡、孩子就讀年級、孩子性別、家中子女總數、家庭結構而有差異。四、家長參加IEP、ITP會議困難,主要為時間無法配合的因素。五、家長參加IEP會議困難,會因為孩子障礙類別、孩子障礙程度、父母親教育程度、家中子女總數而有差異。六、家長參加ITP會議困難,會因為孩子障礙程度、父母親教育程度、父親職業、家中子女總數而有差異。七、家長對於未來召開IEP會議以及ITP會議的期待與建議,以學校能主動提供有關孩子的之IEP相關資訊佔最多數。茲根據研究結果,提出對縣市教育局、學校和教師、家長、及未來研究的建議,以供參考。關鍵字:個別化教育計畫會議、轉銜會議、家長參與
    The purpose of this study is to investigate parent participating in IEP conference and ITP conference for their children with disability in elementary and junior high school in Tainan Country and Tainan City.The main findings in the study are as following:1.Parents understood the content of IEP and IEP conference more than ITP and ITP conference.2.57% parents ever participated in IEP conference;43% parents ever participated in ITP conference.3.The label of children’s disability,the level of children’s disability ,the education level of parents,number of children in the family,the father’s occupation,children’s age,children’s grade,children’s sexuality could affect that parents understand the IEP conference and ITP conference.4.The difficulty for parents was that they were restricted by the time factor.5.The label of children’s disability,the level of children’s disability ,the education level of parents,number of children in the family could affect that parents participated in IEP conference.6.The level of children’s disability,the education level of parent,the father’s occupation,number of children in the family could affect that parents participated in ITP conference.7.Parents suggest that school could provide more informations about IEP.Base on the research results,recommendation are provided for local education agency,staff members of elementary and junior high school,charging special education,parents,and future studies.Keywords:IEP Conference,ITP Conference,Parent Participation
