  • 描述: 本研究目的旨在探討教保服務人員「工作與家庭衝突」與社會支持之關聯性。研究者以分層叢集隨機抽樣的方式,抽取臺南市、高雄市公私立幼兒園共450位教保服務人員作為研究對象,並根據相關文獻自編調查問卷作為研究工具,共得到有效問卷420份。經過統計相關分析、F考驗、迴歸分析後,研究結果發現: 一、 教保服務人員所面臨的主要衝突為「工作對家庭衝突」,而「家庭對工作衝突」則較少發生。 二、 教保服務人員所獲得的社會支持是家庭支持高於職場支持,家庭支持以配偶支持較高,職場支持以同事支持較高。 三、 教保服務人員所獲得的職場支持與「工作對家庭衝突」顯著相關,其中以主管支持最具預測力。 四、 教保服務人員所獲得的家庭支持與「家庭對工作衝突」顯著相關,其中以家人支持最具預測力 最後,依據結果對幼教實務以及未來相關研究提出具體建議以供參考。.
    The objective of this study was to investigate the association between work–family conflict faced by preschool educators and the social support that they receive. This study employed a stratified cluster random sampling method to gather data from 450 preschool educators working in public and private kindergartens in Tainan City and Kaohsiung City. The author designed questionnaires as the research tool according to relevant literature, collecting a total of 420 valid questionnaires. Through statistical correlation analysis, F-test statistics, and regression analysis, the research findings are as follows: 1. Preschool educators mainly face the effects of work on family, and less frequently experience the effects of family on work. 2. Family support is more frequently received by preschool educators than is workplace support; family support mainly comes from their spouses, whereas workplace support mainly comes from colleagues. 3. Workplace support received by preschool educators has a significant correlation with the effects of work on family, with supervisor support being the most predictive factor. 4. Family support received by preschool educators has a significant correlation with the effects of family on work, with family support being the most predictive factor. The research findings herein can serve as references for practical preschool operations and provide concrete suggestions for future related studies..
