  • 描述: 本研究目的在了解父母後設情緒理念與幼兒情緒調節策略的關係。研究者以台南市公立幼兒園中、大班幼兒的父親與母親共480位為研究對象,請父親與母親各填答一份「父母後設情緒理念量表」,並請父親或母親填答「兒童情緒調節策略量表」,以瞭解父母後設情緒理念與幼兒情緒調節策略的關係。本研究結果發現: 一、父親與母親在情緒教導型、情緒不干涉型、情緒摒除型等後設情緒理念的差異有達到顯著水準,而母親比父親較傾向情緒教導理念,而父親比母親較傾向情緒摒除理念、情緒不干涉理念。 二、不同年齡幼兒使用認知再評價、攻擊發洩、行為轉移解除、情緒安撫四種策略上的差異有達到顯著水準,其中,大班幼兒比中班幼兒更常使用認知再評價、行為轉移解除策略;然而,中班幼兒比大班幼兒更常使用攻擊發洩、情緒安撫策略。 三、不同性別幼兒使用攻擊發洩與情緒安撫兩項策略的差異有達到顯著水準,而認知再評價、行為轉移解除兩項策略則未達顯著差異。表示當幼兒面臨負向情緒時,男生比女生較常使用攻擊發洩策略,而女生比男生較傾向使用情緒安撫策略來尋求他人安撫。 四、當父母傾向「情緒教導型」與幼兒使用認知再評價、行為轉移解除、情緒安撫策略有顯著正相關;當父母傾向「情緒不干涉型」、「情緒失控型」則與幼兒使用認知再評價、行為轉移解除、情緒安撫策略有顯著負相關。另外,當父母傾向「情緒教導型」與幼兒使用攻擊發洩策略有顯著負相關;反之,當父母傾向「情緒不干涉型」、「情緒摒除型」、「情緒失控型」則與幼兒使用攻擊發洩策略有顯著正相關。.
    This study aimed at investigating the relationship between parental meta-emotion philosophy and young children’s emotion regulation strategies. Four hundred and eighty fathers and mothers from Tainan County completed Parental Meta-Emotion Philosophy Questionnaire and Children’s Emotion Regulation Strategy Questionnaire. The results showed that ‬ ‪(a) there are significant differences in meta-emotion philosophy between fathers and mothers; mothers' emotion-coaching was higher than fathers', and fathers' emotion-noninvolvement and emotion-dismissing were higher than mothers'; ‪(b) there are significant age differences in children’s emotion regulation strategies; senior kindergarteners used more cognitive restructuring strategies and distraction relief strategies, while junior kindergarteners used more aggression venting strategies and emotion comfort strategies;‬ ‪(c) there are significant sex differences in children’s aggression venting strategies and emotion comfort strategies; boys used more aggression venting strategies than girls, while girls used more emotion comfort strategies than boys;‬ ‪(d) parents’ emotion-coaching was positively correlated with young children’s cognitive restructuring strategies,distraction relief strategies,and emotion comfort strategies; parents’ emotion-noninvolvement and emotion-dysfunction were negatively correlated with young children’s cognitive restructuring strategies, distraction relief strategies, and emotion comfort strategies; parents’ emotion-coaching were negatively correlated with young children’s aggression venting strategies; parents’ emotion-noninvolvement, emotion-dismissing, and emotion-dysfunction were positively correlated with young children’s aggression venting strategies.‬.
