At first, A-Ben's dad tried to divert A-Ben's attention from asking questions, but when he realized that this was inappropriate, he changed to the same method as A-Ben's mom and studied with A-Ben. (2)Differences in religious beliefs and interests: Growing up in Taiwan, A-Ben was influenced by the environment and was interested in traditional Taoism, which was different from the Catholicism his parents expected him to believe in. In the beginning, A-Ben's parents adopted the method of prohibition, but A-Ben was still curious, so they employed the nanny’s suggestion of letting A-Ben observe traditional Taoist temple fair activities to satisfy his curiosity, and also taking A-Ben to participate in church activities so that A-Ben could have mor
