  • 描述: 有關遺傳概念的學習,在生物教育中佔有相當重要的地位。不過,遺傳概念卻也是學生最感困難的內容之一。現今教育不斷革新,科技的進步更是一日千里,本研究希望能依循九年一貫教育改革的精神,運用生物科技的發展,使染色體、基因及DNA等抽象概念教學內容能夠邁向具體化。為實現上述之目的,本研究以基因改造生物(GMO)社會議題所撰寫之教學模組為對象,依GMO模組中學生的學習需要,並考量教師的專業能力、教學負擔及教學時數,設計適合國小高年級學童主動建構知識的實驗活動。所以,本研究的目的是希望運用生物科技的發展,設計輔助遺傳教學和GMO教學模組有關的實驗活動。 本研究所設計的實驗活動有「DNA SPA」、「螢光菌DIY」、「基因的家─染色體的觀察活動」和「孟德爾魔豆」。研究主要結果為: 1. 學生對實驗活動的學習興趣很高,而且學生可學習到各個實驗中的遺傳概念。 2. 參與研究的國小教師認為,各實驗教學活動在國小,不但可行且具有相當價值性。因為,各個活動的操作技能容易,器材取得方便,且能做為學習遺傳概念的引子。 根據研究結果和結論,作者也就所設計的四項實驗活動和其他基本遺傳概念學習之間的連結,各實驗活動的規劃與實施情形和現行教科書的編輯內容等議題提出建言。
    About learning of genetics concept is an important position to biological education. Nevertheless, it is one of the contents which students were confused most. Today, education is improving unceasingly, and the process of technology is better and better. This study hopes to comine the educational reform and to make use of new biotechnology to make the abstract concepts, like chromosome, gene, DNA, and so on, concrete GMO(Genetically Modified Organism) is a motive cause to discuss the topic. According to student in want of GMO Teaching Module, and consider the special skill of the teacher the teaching burden and the teaching hours, design experimentation activities which fit for 5th and 6th student to construct knowledge on the initiative. The purpose of this study was to make use of the biotechnology the development to assist the inheritable teaching and the experimentation activities about GMO Teaching Module. We also realize the situation, the experimentation activities between teachers and students, and make it a basis to ameliorate the teaching material. After the experimentation activities, we probe into the abstract inheritable concept which the elementary students learn and the ideas and opinions of the teacher in the elementary school. The experimentation activities about this study are “DNA SPA”, “Fluorescent Bacterium DIY”, “The gene’s home — the observation of the chromosome”, and “Mendel magic pea”. The major findings of this study are that: 1. Students are interested in learning the experimentation activities much, and they can learn the inheritable concept in each experimentation. 2. Teachers thought the experimentation activities was valuable and practicable in the elementary school, because of the experimentation activities easily in skills of operations, equipment was acquired easily, and it could be a motive to learn inheritable concept. According to the result and conclusion of the study, we had some suggestions in the experimentation activities in this study connect with other inheritable concept activities, plan to practice, and edited of present textbook.
