吳昌碩篆刻書法空間之研究

自古以來,印章是中華文化重要表徵;在書體運用上,篆書以其淳古莊重,入印普遍而流傳廣遠。篆刻因用印者身份、地位,以及作用的不同,而有不同的性質和名稱;例如玉璽、官印、私章、閒章等等,不一而足。此外,文人治印,抒情表意,融詩文、繪畫於印面中,使篆刻不再侷限於實用的功能,而具有藝術的價值存在。篆刻印文以其間架結構、章法布局,以及陰陽刻法不同而形成的朱、白文之變化,於多元形制的印面上,表現分朱布白之疏密、字體圖像的前躍浮凸或後退隱陷之三度空間的視覺美感效果。在中國篆印史上,吳昌碩成就斐然,不僅影響當時與後世,甚至在日本印壇,亦受到推崇。吳昌碩集詩、書、畫、印四絕於一身,其篆刻印文不僅承繼傳統,更自創風格,將篆刻印文藝術發揮至極致,臻於美感顛峰,呈具豐富的視覺空間變化。因此,本文研析吳昌碩篆刻印文作品,分就其篆刻書法字形結構、行列章法,以及陰、陽刻治形成之朱、白文的空間安排,所呈具的立體視覺效果,作一深入的探討,並藉以窺見吳昌碩篆刻印文書法所含蘊源遠流長的文化意涵與藝術價值。
