  • 描述: 本研究旨在探索關係失落者繪本自助閱讀的產生，及其體驗內涵與層次。本研究採取立意取樣方式，邀請到三位曾透過繪本自助閱讀療癒失落之成人做為研究對象。本研究採用現象學為基礎的質性研究取向，透過半結構式的深度訪談進行資料蒐集，並以「主題分析」法就所蒐集到的文本進行資料分析，一方面將訪談資料依現象學觀點進行質性資料分析以瞭解其經驗內涵；另一方面將訪談資料依體驗量表階層加以區分，以探求其體驗層次。研究結果歸納如下:本研究發現四種促成有療癒力的繪本自助閱讀共同元素：(1)曾有正向的繪本閱讀經驗;(2)偶然不經意的接觸到;(3)被吸引的感覺;(4)重覆詳細地閱讀。自助閱讀體驗包含「情感性療癒」、「辨思性療癒」、「行動性療癒」，其內涵為(一)書我相仿起共鳴、融入其中感受深；(二)深入自我尋思問、重新架構啟視野；(三)自覺受益心態轉、關係改變發酵緩。本研究並歸納出十四項繪本自助閱讀療癒因子：(1)類似的經驗、(2)重要議題浮現、(3)角色同理受感動、(4)隔離負向情緒、(5)看見自己、(6)看到不同視角、(7)探尋與轉換觀點、(8)聯結提問、(9)新的理解、(10)心態改變更開放、(11)更瞭解自己、(12)應用在生活上、(13)跟著繪本改變、(14)書的影響只是一小部份。最後，本研究根據研究發現，針對實務工作者以及未來的研究提出具體建議與省思。
    The purpose of this study was to explore the experience and gradation of self-help reading of picture books. The interviewees were three adults who had loss of relationship. A semi-structured in-deep interview was performed and analysised through the thematic analysis. The result shows that there are four common factors can promote healing power: positive reading experience, obtained by accident, being attracted and repeated, detailed reading. The study indicates that the experiences of reading include: resonated with the picture books, deeper introspection and reframed, being helped by the books and changed the relationship gradually. The findings of healing factors were: similar experiences, significant issues emerged, empathized with the roles, blocked negative emotions, reflection, different viewpoints, transformed perspectives, connected questions, new realization, open mind, understood oneself more and more, applied to life, changed with books, and limited influence of books. Findings have important implications for practitioners and future research.
