  • 描述: 本研究旨在了解高雄市公立國中專職輔導人員之輔導工作規範執行現況、了解不同背景變項對工作困境、工作社會支持差異分析與討論,以供教育行政機關及學校推動輔導工作之參考。 本研究採取問卷調查法進行研究。以高雄市公立國中專職輔導人員共99人為研究樣本,母群體99人,實施普測調查,問卷回收97份,有效問卷97份,可用率為98%。將回收問卷所得之實證資料,經描述統計、獨立樣本t考驗、單因子變異數分析及Scheffe¢s事後比較等統計分析,歸納研究結論如下:一、高雄市公立國中專職輔導人員之輔導工作「工作規範」實踐程度屬於中上程度,其中以「我在前一學期有定期參加專業團體督導」表現最佳。二、高雄市公立國中專職輔導人員之輔導工作「個案困擾程度」程度屬於中等程度,尤其以輔導「拒學和中輟生」最為困擾。三、高雄市公立國中專職輔導人員之輔導工作困境的現況屬中下程度,其中以「行政事務與研習」困境最高。四、高雄市公立國中專職輔導人員之工作社會支持屬中上程度,其中以「主管與同事支持」支持度最高。五、高雄市公立國中專職輔導人員之輔導工作困境會因專業背景、年齡、校內外輔導工作年資、學校規模之不同而有顯著差異。六、高雄市公立國中專職輔導人員之工作社會支持會因學校規模之不同而有顯著差異。最後,研究者依據本研究結果加以討論,並提出具體建議,以供教育行政機關、學校及未來研究之參考。
    This study aimed at finding out the present situation of Full-Time Counselors of public junior high schools in Kaohsiung City. The variables of public junior high school Full-Time Counselors were discussed and the results from this study will provide suggestions as references for educational authorities and public junior high schools in conducting school counseling tasks.The research adopts questionnaire survey. 99 Questionnaire was census conducted to the public junior high school Full-Time Counselors of Kaohsiung City. There are 97 copies of questionnaire collected, and 97 as valid. The validity rate is 98%. The statistical methodologies in this study include descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffes method.Conclusions are summarized as follows:1. The job specifications of the public junior high school Full-Time Counselors of Kaohsiung City is the upper level. In which "I have regularly participated in professional bodies supervising in the previous semester" has the best performance.2. The degree of distress cases of the public junior high school Full-Time Counselors of Kaohsiung City is middle in scale. In which “Refusal Studentand dropout students” troubled the highest.3. The counseling predicament of the public junior high school Full-Time Counselors of Kaohsiung City is low-middle in scale. In which“administrative matters and studying predicament” was the highest level.4. The social support of the public junior high school Full-Time Counselors in Kaohsiung City is above middle level. In which “managers and colleagues to support” was the highest level.5. The counseling difficulties were significantly different of the public junior high school Full-Time Counselors in Kaohsiung city of different educational background, age, counselors’ years of work (seniority) and school sizes.6. The social support of the public junior high school Full-Time Counselors in Kaohsiung city was a significant difference due to different school sizes.Finally, the conclusions can be the suggestions to educational administration organization, schools and for the future studies.
