  • 描述: 全球環境變遷,問題衍生,造成生態系與生活環境品質的惡化,使得現代的我們不得不正視並採取解決行動來面對環境保護、保育與永續發展的責任,於是培養具備環境素養的綠色公民變成為新世紀重要的課題!本研究旨在透過環境教育的實施,探討合併後臺南市國小六年級學童在「環境覺知與敏感度」、「環境概念知識」、「環境價值觀與態度」、「環境行動技能」與「環境行動經驗」之環境素養的現況,及這五者間的相關性;並分析個人背景變項(性別、學校規模、居住地、家庭社經地位、獲得環境資訊來源、參與環境活動經驗、居家環境問題及自家居家環境品質自評)和這五者間之關係。本研究採問卷調查法,取得有效問卷962份,以描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關進行資料分析。茲將研究結果歸納如下:一、臺南市國小六年級學童環境教育之整體表現平均得分以100分為滿分,可得到70.23分。就各分項能力表現良窳為概念知識、價值觀與態度、覺知與敏感度、行動經驗及行動技能。二、在環境覺知與敏感度之調查問卷結果,顯示在不同性別、居住地(原臺南縣、市)、學校規模及家庭社經地位之各個變項上,無顯著差異。但在中度都市化學校者表現較佳。三、在環境概念知識之調查問卷結果,顯示中度都市化學校者、居住在原臺南市者及高社經地位者均表現較理想。四、中家庭社經地位者在環境行動技能之調查問卷結果,表現較好。五、在環境行動經驗之調查問卷結果,顯示女學童、大型學校者、高度都市化學校者及中家庭社經地位者表現均較理想。六、女學童、大型學校者及中家庭社經地位者在環境價值觀與態度之調查問卷結果,顯示較積極正向。七、整體環境教育之環境覺知與敏感度、概念知識、價值觀與態度、行動技能與行動經驗這五者間彼此具有正相關。
    With the changing of our environment, many problems, which also make the living standard notorious, are raised. In this case, we must take steps to solve the environmental problems. Therefore, nurturing citizens possessing environmental literacy is the important issue in new century!The purpose of the study was to investigate the Environmental Awareness and Sensitivity, Environmental Conceptual Knowledge, Environmental Values and Attitudes, Environmental Action Skills and Environmental Action Experiences of Grade-6 elementary students through the promoting of environmental education in Tainan City after system changed, and the correlation of the five preceding matters. Moreover, it explores the relationship between the preceding five matters and individual background, including gender, scale of school, location of residence, society status, the source of environment information, the experience of environment activities, the environmental problems of self residence, and the self estimation of the resident environment standard. The research was completed by valid 962 questionnaires. The attained data are processed SPSS 17.0 to analyze it with the tools including basic descriptive statistics, independent-sample t test, one-way anova, and Pearson’s product-moment correlation analysis. The main results of the research are as follows:1. Whole of direction ability average score of the Grade-6 elementary students’ environmental education in Tainan City converts one percentage is 70.23 points. On various sub-items comparatively speaking, conceptual knowledge, values and attitudes, awareness and sensitivity, and action skills and action experience are in order .2. In score of environmental awareness and sensitivity, there is no difference between people who are gender, location of residence, scale of school and society status; however people who are studying in middle density metropolis schools are more positive than others.3. In score of environmental conceptual knowledge, people who are studying in middle density metropolis schools, living in Tainan City before system changed, and high society status are more positive than others.4. People who are in the middle-class perform better in the environmental action skills.5. In the score of environmental action experience, female students, students in large-scale schools, students in high density metropolis schools, and students from middle-class are perform better. 6. The performance of female students, students in large-scale schools, and students from middle-class are more positive on environmental values and attitudes.7. The overall awareness and sensitivity, conceptual knowledge, values and attitudes, action skills, and action experience are positively related.
