描述: 臺灣的軟式網球運動開始於西元1900年，當時從事這項運動的人口，大多是日本人，但當時的臺灣人卻打得最好。軟式網球是一種趣味性很高而且從老人到小孩都會喜歡的運動，場地設備也相當簡單經濟，所以發展非常快速，很快的就在國內普遍的發展起來了。近幾年來，這項運動隨著國際比賽增多，競爭也更激烈了。1990年北京亞運會時，其代表隊員中的廖南凱選手就是臺南縣人，後續有謝順風、陳信亨、葉育銘、陳盈甫、陳信裕、謝敏宏、方同賢、王俊彥、蘇家鋒等人繼續未我國效力中。。本研究的目的在探討臺南縣學校男子軟式網球運動發展之情形，使用的方法為歷史研究法及訪談法，針對臺南縣學校的男子軟式網球學校體育的發展情形，做探討與分析。研究結果發現：一、臺南縣學校軟式網球推發展背景，均有良好組織、教師用心犧牲奉獻、校長支持、家長認同、有良好銜接升學管道及成功的榜樣。二、臺南縣國小、國中、高中學校軟式網球發展有良好教練群、行政單位支持、家長肯定校方、有穩定的選手來源，銜接升學管道暢通及有好遠景，奠定了日後選手的優良的成績就是推展的原動力。三、臺南縣軟式網球選手代表我國對外參賽成績優異，且參賽者眾多。

Wang continue effect more . The purpose of this research is to probe into the situation of man''s soft tennis development of school of Tainan, the method to use is historical research law and interview law, direct against the development situation of sports of the soft tennis school of men of the school of Tainan, make probing into and analysis. The result of study is found: First, Tainan school soft tennis push away background of developing, have good organization, teacher sacrifice, devote diligently, headmaster support, parents recognize With, have connect enter a higher school channel and successful model. Second, the primary school of Tainan, junior middle school, the high man''s soft tennis development of school of middle school has good coaches group, the administrative unit supports, parents are sure School side, there are steady player''s sourcesing, connect the channel of entering a higher school unblockedly and have good distant view, have established the player''s fine achievement in the future The motive power promoted. Third, the soft tennis player of man in Tainan participates in the contest to study well to the outside on behalf of our country, and the entrant is numerous.
