  • 描述: 本研究旨在探討台南市國民小學96年度教師實施游泳教學現況,並分析台南市國民小學教師實施游泳教學時在不同背景變項下,對游泳教學課程、基本常識、場地設施、師資、學生游泳能力達成的目標及所遭遇的困境認知差異情形。以市內國民小學實施游泳教學教師為研究對象,進行問卷調查,發出問卷270份,有效問卷260份,有效回收率97%,所得資料以t-test、one-way ANOVA、χ2 test等進行分析討論。以立意取樣選取9所學校及教育局體健課長等共10人進行訪談,並與問卷調查相互印證。研究結果發現如下:一、台南市國民小學96年度教師實施游泳教學現況(一)台南市國民小學有實施游泳教學學校佔94%,可見各校對游泳教學的重視。(二)師資來源以外聘游泳教練為主佔76%:學校教師自行擔任游泳教學只佔少數,在學校游泳師資上有明顯的缺乏。(三)游泳場地設施不足:國民小學有游泳池學校只佔11%,所以急待興建游泳池,以利實施游泳教學。 (四)提升學生游泳能力:各校大都會利用假日辦理游泳育樂營、游泳才藝班、親子游泳育樂營等方式實施,來提升學生游泳能力。(五) 學生游泳能力:本市小泳士檢測,能通過15m的佔53%,通過25m的佔47%。二、除不同性別、服務年資教師對游泳教學課程認知有差異外,其餘背景變項皆無差異,非常同意學校安排游泳教學課程的方式。三、不同背景之國民小學教師在游泳教學基本常識的認知均無差異,對實施游泳教學應該具備的基本常識都非常豐富。四、不同背景之國民小學教師在游泳教學設施的認知均無差異,教師反應游泳池及相關設備不足,影響游泳教學的推動。五、不同背景之國民小學教師在游泳教學師資的認知沒有差異,非常同意游泳師資對游泳教學實施的重要性;教師認為游泳教學要普及,師資的培訓是重要因素之一。六、不同背景之國民小學教師在游泳教學學生游泳能力達成的目標的認知沒有差異,都非常同意注重學生的游泳能力。七、實施游泳教學面臨最大困境是缺乏教學場地設施,所有不同背景變項教師實施游泳教學面臨困境皆無差異。
    This study mainly examined by the situation of the implementation of swimming teaching at elementary schools in Tainan City. It was also analyzed that the differences of the elementary teachers with different backgrounds in Tainan City, involving the swimming teaching’s basic generic cognition, spots’ equipments, teachers’ qualifications, the goal of students’ swimming ability as well as the understandable difficulties of swimming teaching. Questionnaires were sent to 270 teachers of schools implementing swimming teaching in Tainan City and collected 260 valid samples. The rate of the valid questionnaires was 97 %. The received data were analyzed by t- test, one-way ANOVA, χ2 test. Teachers from 9 schools and the head of the Health and Physical Education section of Education Bureau were interviewed by purposive sampling, and compared with the questionnaire survey. The results were as follows:一、the situation of the implementation of swimming teaching at elementary schools in Tainan City:(一)There were 94% of elementary schools that implement swimming teaching. It showed that the schools put emphasis on swimming teaching. (二) There were 76% of swimming teachers that were employed from other swimming coaches rather than school teachers: There was only a little percentage of elementary school teachers that taught swimming on their own. It was obvious that elementary schools were lacking of teacher resources. (三)Lacking of the swimming equipments: There were only 11% of elementary schools that have swimming pools, so it’s urgent to build more swimming pools to implement swimming teaching. (四)To promote students’ swimming performance: Every school would hold swimming camps or lessons on the weekend to promote students’ swimming performance.(五)Students’ swimming performance: According to the students’ examination of swimming in Taipei City, there were 53% of students who can swim 15m and there were 47% of students who can swim 25m. 二、Except that the elementary school teachers with different gender and working years showed difference in the cognition of the swimming teaching curriculum, the other background variables are of no difference. They agreed extremely the way of swimming teaching curriculum that schools arranged. 三、The elementary school teachers with different backgrounds showed no difference in the basic general cognition of the swimming teaching and were rich in the basic general knowledge of the swimming teaching.四、The elementary school teachers with different backgrounds showed no difference in the cognition of the swimming teaching equipments. The result of the interview showed that the lacking of the swimming pools and related equipments affected the implementation of swimming teaching. 五、The elementary school teachers with different backgrounds showed no significant difference in the cognition of the swimming teaching teachers’ qualifications. They agreed extremely that the qualifications of swimming teachers were important to the implementation of the swimming teaching. The result of the interview showed that the development of experienced teachers was one of the most important factors to popularize swimming teaching. 六、The elementary school teachers with different backgrounds showed no difference in the goal of students’ swimming ability. They agreed extremely that students’ swimming ability is important.七、 The biggest difficulty of implementing swimming teaching was lacking of the teaching facilities and equipments. The elementary school teachers with different background variables had no difference of facing difficulties of swimming teaching.
