  • 描述: 本研究旨在運用建制民族誌的研究方法,訪談五位師資培育大學的女性主義教師,檢視其如何實踐女性主義教育學的理念,以建構出女性主義教師的教室;並且從中探討女性主義教師如何自處於充滿權力運作關係的工作與生活場域,包括其在學校體制規範下的壓迫處境,以及因為其個人身份認同而面臨的生活衝突;同時也檢證女性主義教師的工作與生活如何交互影響與作用。 本研究採取訪談的方式進行資料蒐集,以貼近女性主義教師工作與生活的資料,為了真實的呈現研究結果與發現,採用敘說分析進行研究資料的處理,依據研究結果發展出「女性主義教師的教室」、「女性主義教師與體制權力的拔河」以及「女性主義教師與母職任務的對抗」為三大故事主題軸,進行深度的討論。 研究結果發現,在女性主義教師的教室中,師生共同建構知識、注重發聲的課堂互動、關注師生的定位與差異以及關懷學生的情感面向等四個主題,為女性主義教師的關注的核心議題;而在女性主義教師與體制權力的拔河中,課程結構的限制、人事結構的限制以及升等規範的壓迫等三個面向,為女性主義教師在學校體制中感受最深的權力運作現象;最後在女性主義教師與母職任務的對抗中,婆媳鬥爭、家務勞動與照養工作以及無子的汙名化形塑了他們生活處境。 本研究的貢獻在於透過探究女性主義教師進行教學實踐的情形,以建構出女性主義教學的錦囊,提昇女性主義教學之能見度,進而提供教育界推展性別教育之參考;同時也檢視女性主義教師在教職工作與日常生活中所面臨的權力關係,以讓更多教學工作者體悟到自身所面臨的衝突與矛盾,來自於組織中權力運作的關係,進而培養出敏銳的性別視野,檢視日常生活中的問題,從而了解父權結構的壓迫與限制,尋求改變與行動,營造更友善的生活環境。
    The study attempts to achieve two goals by using the method of Institutional Ethnography : (1) to explore how feminist teachers practice the core issues of feminist teaching in Teachers College (2) to examine the ruling relation of feminist teachers’ teaching and living field. The data were collected from interviewing five feminist teachers who are working in Teachers College, and the interviewing data were analyzed by doing narrative analysis. There are three themes are taken into discussion after data analyzing: (1)the Feminist teachers’ classrooms (2)the contest between feminist teachers and the institutional rules. (3) the contest between feminist teachers and the mothering duty. The first theme includes four topics:(a)the construction of knowledge(b)voicing(c)positionality &differences(d)caring for affections. The second theme includes three topics:(a)the structure limits of courses(b)the structure limits of personnel(c) the oppression of promotion rules. And the third theme includes following three topics:(a)the struggle between a mother-in-law and a daughter-in-law(b)the domestic labor work(c)the stigma of having no child.The contribution of the study are follows:(1) constructing the feminist teaching repertoire, and enhance the visibility of feminist teaching, and then provide a reference for the gender education. (2)guiding the educator to examine the ruling relations between the daily life and the teaching job, to realize the structural constraints when practice the feminist teaching methods, and searching for ways to reduce the constraints.
